I've been exploring in Painter X some and thought I'd post my most recent result.
I've always been big into fantasy and nature stuff and really haven't had much of a chance to draw that in awhile, so while tweeking some brushes and trying some I hadn't, I ended up with this piece. Hopefully I can develope it more later, but for now I thought it'd be nice to at least share.

Beautiful, it's exploding with life! I love the flourescing colors in the focal area - I also really like the subtle leave textures off to the left though, where we get the impression of rain strokes. There's a sense of liquidity to the whole piece that's really appealing to me. Seriously, the hue shift over the motion/rain strokes in the background is so pretty.
