Life must be a domatrix...
As most of my life all I have seen is it's cruelity..

Be it because one of my former best freinds stole from my family...
Be it because I live in one homeless shelter or another....

Be it because the jobs I want don't seem to want me....
Be it because I can't do the basic things I would like... like talk to a freind...

Life constantly beats me..
whips me...
tortures me...

Hope however is always there...
whispering to me..
Not to give up...
to try and look on the bright side...

Still I see no bright side...
other then hope telling me it can't get worse...

Saddly it can...
but when the last of hope is all I can cling to...
what will I do when it is gone...

I don't know...
no one knows...

Still I cling to it...
and continue to try

For trying...
Is all I know...
