My god, I think I am in love.
The only thing I would change, personally, is the scutes: the belly scales. I would have given them the heavier, plated appearence that you typically see on dragons... I would think the scutes from a snake would be good stock for such a manipulation.
That said, that is purely my personal opinion... I haven't seen a manipulation this well done in a solid amount of time.
