Your animals are too cartoony!!! How dare you impart some form of expression on the face of an intelligent creature!?!???
J/K
Great job! Puppy knows trouble where trouble lands. Love the expressions on both their faces!
Only thing I can notice is the goldens weight on the from paws isn't well expressed in the couch, ( or its a really firm couch) and the hawks talons/feet aren't grasping the back of the couch. But I'm just nitpicking there!!!

Similar concept, only this time a cat is weighing if it should put one of its nine lives on the line:

Keep calling me 'bird brained' and you'll be on the short list to Imminent Disaster.
The characters are Rex the Golden retriever AKA "That stupid dog" and Tilly the Knighthawk. Both are characters from my various fantasy worlds.
Tilly is a Knighthawk. A special species given to the Knights of Eyrie. Her knight is Julian. Knighthawks are commonly used as messengers as they can teleport to cover huge distances, and can talk. The usual comment about Tilly is: "Who shook her egg"? She is far more talkative that the average Knighthawk, down right chatty in fact.
Rex is a good dog, A typical Golden Retriever. Willing, but only so bright. Julian, the main character (not shown) got him from a client fed up with the Golden Retriever habit of chewing on the world. Puppies you know.
Tilly has unreasonable expectations about his intelligence and usefulness as saddle beast. She tried to get Rex to carry her around the house as the house is large and the halls too narrow for her 8 foot wingspan. Rex didn't like being ridden and was far too distributable.

Um.. shouldn't the eagle's claws be gripping the sofa?
Me thinks you might have followed the photo ref a little too closely on this occasion.

Scince this is an intelligent bird that you can converse with, I can imagine one of the conversations with it's 'owner' being something about holes in leather furniture.. :)
Saw your advertisement decided to take a look around, this one stood out most to me.
I really like the amount of detail you have here, you made these animals look really good and they definitely look like they should (which a lot of artists have difficulty with realistic type stuff like this).
I also like the color and how it is lighter/darker depending on the lighting; also nice use of comic book lines to make the dark parts look darker.
Anyway, this is a really cool drawing and I think I'll add it to my favorites because it puts a smile on my face and I admire the quality of the work.
Great job.

Of course, no problem! Good art deserves good feedback in my opinion.
