went shooting for the first time today (suprising, since I'm called the GunslingerDragon), and it was a lot of fun. My dad and I started off with a .22LR taurus revolver, then went to a .45 acp 1911, and then to a S&W .357 magnum revolver. The thing on the far right is a chunk of lead that ricocheted back and whacked into my leg when my dad was shooting. Overall my groups were tighter than my dad's, though they got slightly wider (less bullseyes) as I went because I shot faster and faster. Plus, the .45 acp shot low. Didn't help that to wear the safety goggles I had to take my glasses off, so I could barely see the bullseye. The lines around it were totally invisible.
Next time I go, I'm going to go with a .44 magnum, a .454, and then a .460 or .500 S&W, whichever they've got.
