Depends on whom you are. Larry Dixon is an extremely talented artist, who is married to a famous writer named Mercedes Lackey. In my dealing with Larry, my personal experience is, he has a very volatile, disposition, taking offense at different works of fiction, and extremely opinionated; He once got upset with me on a "MUCK" for playing a villain character. it seemed as though he felt *I* was the character for having developed that personality.

I have had friends, visit them, and well..frankly in MY opinion, He used them till they were not needed then discarded them. To me, thats issues

The description of Dixon was extra information that had nothing to do with the piece, but you felt strongly enough about it to mention it, so it piqued my interest. That, and you mentioned Mercedes Lackey, which also piqued my interest. And I'm nosy. Mostly, I think it's that last thing.
