Intelligent, but not posessing a language as of yet, he is capable of many feats - least of which is his incredible vision!

A monster born from the radioactive wastes, he has developed the ability to see in multiple spectrums - Such as intense gamma radiation, to allow him to find and source his food; which by the by is nuclear material from the core of the reactor.

Through normal like, which is sen by the bottom set of eyes...

And even thermal infrared, seen by the slitted reptillian yes at the top!

And NO! ITS NOT A GODDAMN BEAK! His lower jaw is *METAL* to serve as a defensive weapon, and to protect him from throat-attacking predators. The barb on the tail is filled with a radioactive venom; both a complicated toxic protein, and heavily enriched with emissive alpha and beta radiation. As well as some neutron emissions!
