Asthmatic constriction
Is a plight yet to unfold
To the billions around us
With the world on our shoulders
Disemboweled ambition
Is a mind numbing poison, that scarey infects
Only a handful of souls who refuse to let go
Who are hopelessly trapped, in their own world
We see only our desires, not the grueling challenge
Of an unfair enviroment, where few meet the beautiful fruits
Of their justified, agonizing labour, their mistakes be damned
Nothing worth a second notice, of a system that games their patience.
Why do we struggle, only to suffer? Is the reward, ever worth the pain?

A trashed poem that I didn't complete. I began writing this a few months back but I didn't really get a feel for it. I might revamp and revise it to a more fully fleshed out poem in the future.

Well, best trash poem I've ever seen *Shurgs*, stands by itself, but revamp away if you want.
You're not alone in those feelings and fears, I've been feeling much the same lately though I've found some respite tonight. Good luck to you and amazing poem <3
