Not sure the berries have a name, but the tree is the rowan or mountain-ash.

Well, I guess anything could potentially upset one's stomach, if eaten too much :D A couple handfuls of these berries would never do any harm, not for this dragon at least, i'm always chewing at them when walking across the autumn forests x)
