A piece I am very late on as a gift, because I was very busy with real life stuff. I had held it on my conscience for a long time, but can finally be at ease knowing it's over. A Silver the Werehog story everyone.

Day of Future Werehog’s Past
“So here I am, at my big day celebration, and this werehog from the future has made it impossible for anyone else to even show up. Silver, the hedgehog from the future who just somehow managed to turn into this beast, has pretty much made it so nobody is allowed to even come near me anymore. This really sucks. Oh and he also ate a couple of the chao I was raising.” These were all the thoughts of Dee. She sighed as she had her thoughts interrupted by a belched up parchment from one of the chao children she raised.
There was Silver, curled right around her like some sort of napping dog with his eyes closed, but fully aware of his surroundings. Silver could no longer talk as his mind was regressed, feral, and no longer attune to his own personal justice. To be perfectly clear, if it weren’t for sacrificing all of her food in the fridge, as well as the chao she had looked after, she might have joined them in their fate as Werehog fat. Hopefully she could get them reformed...at some point.
Dee not knowing what to do had tried to invite Jay to do something. I mean he now was some sort of weird whatever being thing, she never really asked what he was, but surely he could have helped? The young girl sighed as she recalls Jay getting his entire arm bitten off by the overprotective Silver. It was kinda funny since Jay just grew another arm back like it was nothing, and just stomped off angrily. Though not before Silver growled and chased him off ala a dog chasing a cat.
Silver purred as his white patch of fur on his chest was scratched and stroked in a monotonous rhythm. Dee couldn’t help but think he was kind of a like a lost wild puppy. Well ok she really thought a big, ferocious, hungry, and sorta weird puppy was what he was, but still kinda cute. He was loyal to her alone. Just because she gave him food, he treated the food provider as an ally. Such was the simple mind of a Werehog. Though the as she stroked his fur, she couldn’t help but feel she was merely distracting the werehog from his internal desires.
“So uh.....Silver? Think you will be able to talk anytime soon? Why are you here? Why are you a werehog? Like anything at all?” Dee asked as she tried to get something out of the Werehog. Literally anything would do. Though all she got back was a low growl as Silver covered his eyes with one paw, trying to nap. “Do you have to be boring too now?”
Dee got up now, tired of lying on Silver. Sure he was extremely comfortable to lay upon, but something had to be done with his condition. After all she was mostly out of food, and if she had nothing left to give Silver, she would be next. The mindless Silver the Werehog devouring her meant no coming back. No reforming or anything. “So if you can’t say anything, then how exactly am I going to do anything for you?”
Silver removed his paw from his eye and looked up. He let out a small grunt. Though that was all he could muster. Dee’s eyes began to widen. “Hey you understood that.” She said to the beast, as it seemed he might still understand human speak to a degree. That or it was one big coincidence.
Suddenly an idea came to exhausted girl. “Ugh why didn’t I think of it sooner. I can get Jay to understand you. I could get a cure for you too....but I kinda like you like this, just for a while maybe you could remain a werehog?” Dee said to Silver, even though she knew he wasn’t going to say anything back. He just looked at her puzzled. Perhaps Silver understood what she said, or maybe he was just confused at the human staring at him, making a bunch of noise.
“NO way, absolutely not.” Jay said over the phone, which was actually his hand. Ever since he was some sort of imaginary being, he could do some weird things limited to his own imagination. He already dealt with the werehog once, and he was not prepared to come back to be laughed at again, or deal with this aggressive beast.
“Look you can like....I dunno read his mind or something right. Maybe translate?” Dee asked over her phone. She had to make him useful somehow right? Why not just use him to find out what was even going on with future fluffy. Or perhaps he could at least give the werehog some exercise again. At least then Jay would be of some use. It's not like he had a life to give up, he didn't have one both figuratively and literally.
Jay grunted and sighed. “Look, despite how it may look like I can be a swiss army knife and can do anything, I actually can’t. I can’t translate. I can’t read minds. I can’t enter minds.” It was clear he was trying to be genuine and honest. "Ok well...maybe I can do the latter in one way, but no way is that happening. You can find someone else to be a chew toy for that mongrel."
Unfortunately then he wasn’t of much use to help, beyond mere admittedly entertainment for the beast. “Man your powers kinda suck.” Dee retorted as you have some sort of weird thought being thing, and they can’t even find a way to be useful. As an artist herself she could probably think of countless other ways to use the gift he has, but he wastes it by just trying to get out of working or doing literally anything.
“Yeah well...hey can you see if this sounds right? It’s the sound of me hanging up.” Jay then ended the call between them as Dee’s phone went straight to the dial tone sound. His hand returned to normal once more as he sighed. "Alright maybe I was a bit harsh...but I'm sure it'll all work out somehow." He then got an idea. "Maybe I'll watch from a distance just in case." He said to himself as he felt a pat on his shoulder.
"I'm sure you will. You can't turn your back on anyone entirely can you." A voice said gently with a soft grip on Jay's shoulder. He turned around to see the golden locks guy he had recently gotten to know. Someone who really has taken a liking to act all mysterious and lurk around the shadows. The one he called Danny Boy.
“Yeah it sounds....really seriously!” It took a split second to get it, but yes she was just hung up on. “Ugh why do you have to suck so bad sometimes.” Dee held onto her phone as she thought about maybe getting Danny and Shade on this. She had a feeling maybe that would start a fight or spook the big pup. After dwelling on the word pup, Dee had another idea to get the job done. Fight fire with fire, though maybe not literally as she couldn't think of a proper metaphor for the situation.
Dee spent the next hour feeding the silver furred beast with crackers and other stuff she could find laying around the house. She had to buy herself sometime before the werehog’s hunger took over. “Polly want a cracker?” She asked Silver, who just looked at her funny. “Sorry...sometimes Jay rubs off on me.” She replied to the beast. Jay was someone to blame all bad jokes onto.
The door suddenly opens slowly as a pink husky looks on in. She looks to the left, then to the right. “Psst hey...is it ok to come in?” She asks as Silver growls and starts to get up. “Hey hey hey don’t get snarly at me. I didn’t do anything.” Enuna said as she seemed to understand what the werehog was saying.
“You can understand what he is saying from a snarl?” Dee asked as she was surprised her canine friend could somehow understand just what he was saying. She wasn’t gonna question much about that as honestly dog understanding dog just makes enough sense on a surface level. She could help tame Silver hopefully, though a cure still be out of Silver's reach.
Enuna listened to the beast growl as he slowly came closer to her, warning her that this was his turf and he would keep it that way. “Yeah ok no argument from me. It’s your spot. Just take it easy Silver. Take a deep breath now.” The pink husky said as she slowly backed away. She tried as best as she could to not at all appear as a threat.
Doing as she asked, Silver took a deep breath. His breath however was amplified by the werehog transformation, as he was literally beginning to inhale Enuna towards him. Enuna grabbed onto the nearest heavy thing she could find, and held on for dear life. “Ok normally I would say yes and I never often use these words, but don’t eat me please! I want to keep on living.”
Silver stopped inhaling Enuna as he chuckled. It sounded like he was having fun. Dee smiled in response as it was nice to hear her sorta kinda pet was enjoying himself. Unless in this case it considered her the pet. Honestly she didn’t know whether or not she was treated as a pet, owner, guardian, or were cub if this was what he called his territory. Silver was not about to speak and tell her what he thought.
The pink husky ended up falling on the floor once the werehog had stopped inhaling. “Ok no deep breaths. You er, seem to be in a good mood so tell me what happened to you alright boy?” Enuna asked while dusting off her self, and untangling her hair that had been made a mess of. "Hey wait where is that black wig I got?" She said looking for it. She looked at Silver who coughed and then belched out the wig, in a gooey saliva coated mess. Enuna's ears flopped as she wasn't wearing that on her head now.
Silver grunted and growled, which Enuna nodded her head to as she listened closely. Dee watched in awe as it appeared Enuna could understand what being said. The husky turned her attention to Dee and said “I uh think I got some of that....” Enuna told Dee as she went to pick up her wig, but dropped it on the floor after it was really slimy and gross.
Dee comically slapped her own face, facepalming at that remark. Enuna wasn’t amused. “Hey look I tried alright. Besides I might be a canine, but I don’t speak dog. I just...sorta....kinda can understand some of it...I guess. You don’t have to be....er.....is that racist? I mean I’m not offended by the idea...but....you know what never mind.”
“I dunno.” Dee responded as she shrugged. But honestly she just wanted to hear what she at least was able to pick up. “So uh...did you understand any of what he said Enuna? Seriously if you don’t have any idea I pretty much just give up at this point.” Dee had gotten tired of trying to make sense of all this. She was just along for the ride at this point.
Enuna thought about it, and tried her best to put what she could scrape together into words. “Um I got some words. They were “Future”, something about “Rebuilding”, and I think the last two words I got were “Epidemic”, “Hunger”, and “help” which are basically all I got.” Enuna responded as she was now picking up the wig with a stick Silver must have brought in the house. At least now she could get it washed.
“So I guess something bad or something else happened in his time, he’s hungry, and needs help.” Dee said as she exhaled following that response. “That’s pretty much what I coulda guessed anyways, but thanks for trying at least. You did more than Jay, who didn't do crap but give Silver some exercise.”
The pink Husky smiled. “No problem, but uh....do you got any food? I think Silver may be looking for cravings again.” Enuna said as she gestured toward the growling Silver, whose stomach grumbled. Those crackers didn’t last very long unsurprisingly. He was already looking at the pink husky to become another sacrifice so he may live on.
“Why don’t you just get eaten by him? Isn’t that like your thing or quirk? Like you’re some sort of gut slut?” Dee said, recalling what Jay had told him about Enuna and her apparent so called, created label he made for the pink canine. He always did find it amusing she was so willing to a select some, and sometimes more than that.
Enuna gritted her teeth. “I am NOT a gut Slut dammit! I don’t just go around wanting to get eaten by everybody....I have standards.” Enuna was practically shouting, but trying to hold back her voice somewhat to not trigger Silver’s attention. Dogs who tend to get loud can sound like they are challenging another dog for their territory, so it was best for her to keep her voice down.
“It’s what Jay said. Something about you’ll jump inside when they say jump or in. You’ll purr when they command you to do so and roll over onto your back. You’ll extend your arms and slide on down an awaiting throat wherever they may be. Something like that.” Dee responded as she recalled the words Jay once used. Enuna was clearly not amused hearing about this.
“That little....whatever he is now. Ugh first the loitering over of 4-3 which will NOT last long, and then this stupid nickname just to be annoying.” Enuna in her frustration walked on out, forgetting why she even came here in the first place. "You hear the nickname Jayci one time, and then he labels you a gut slut forever" she thought to herself.
“Wait you forgot to....oh the doors closed now just great.” Dee said as she was practically resigning herself to her fate at this point. Plan B was a total wash...but what about Plan M? When you don’t know what to do, and you need some weird way to solve a problem that doesn’t make sense, you look to magic. So the call goes to the magical Valora to solve the problem somehow.
The phone rang for a while til eventually she heard the voice of an oddly stressed out magic specialist of the group. “Hello....anyone there?” Dee asked. Does she even have a phone? She wondered til suddenly her phone began to sparkle. “Ok now that’s some weird Care Bears My Little Pony shit.”
“Hello...who is this? I got a little trouble here right now and...hey don’t you touch that hat or I will turn you into a little micro.” Val had said as a short hairy creature reached for some of her clothes, then backed off immediately. “Sorry, these cloth dwarves are just a pain, always trying to steal people’s clothes, what’s up?”
Dee paused for a moment, and too be fair her mostly silent response is probably what anyone would give to hearing something that sounded so ridiculous. “Right...um...hey I got Silver here, and he’s like a werehog...so you think you can bibbidi babbadi alakawhatever something and make him normal....at least before he loses his mind and tries to kill me.”
A scoff was heard over the phone. “That isn’t even close to the magic I...hang on a moment.” A little “BZZZZT” sound was heard as Val chuckled. “Yeah I warned ya not to touch, you’re fired Richogen.” She sighed before responding. “Sorry, you just can’t find good help sometimes. I mean I used to use Jay for a lot of my er.....let’s just say projects....but that stupid imagination powers are pretty much a good counteraction to my magic. Stupid bull mess up my hard work powers.”
“So can you come or not?” Dee asked as she wasn’t really in the mood to hear some sort of life story at the moment, as she could already feel a long lick at the back of her head. It could mean Silver was showing affection, or was really getting hungry now. One more life story of Val's would mean the end of her own life story if she didn't cut to the point.
“Yeah no problem I....oh crap I used the wrong spell!” Valora panicked as the dwarf was no longer a dwarf, but was growing rapidly. A loud roar was heard over the phone. "No no no Richogen we can talk this out. No wait don't touch that!" The phone connection was completely severed as Dee had become completely lost on what was going on.
“Wow I think I know even less about what was going on than I did before. I don’t know how, but I think that is exactly what happened.” Dee mumbled to herself as trying to even comprehend the chaos that was going on today was a nightmare. She could only think of one other person to help her now, but it appeared she was out of borrowed time.
Silvers tongue ran across Dee’s neck before she could feel her pony tail being chewed on. It appeared Silver was slowly munching on it now. His teeth pulled on the hair strongly as there was a sharp pain from each strong tug. He then began to swallow her hair as it was like a rope attached to the meat he was out to consume.
The startled Dee tried to pull her hair out through his teeth the moment she noticed her time was up. “Hey ow...cut it out that hurts.” She said as she slowly slid out her hair, but Silver was not having it. He was growling and growing more and more frustrated. Then a second growl followed suit from his very center. A stomach growl that echoed the entire house hold. The snacks and appetizers had been devoured, and now it was dinner time.
The feral werehog started to slurp up the long black hair like a noodle as his primal hunger had been tired of waiting. The last of his restraint was gone as Dee’s glasses hit the floor and cracked as her head was being pulled towards the beasts salivating, glistening maw. The helpless girl shrieked as her head enter Silver’s jaws. The silver were beasts teeth scratched at her very cheeks ever so slightly. Dee knew with how sharp those fangs of Silver were, it may be best not to fight back, or else she might end up chomped into bloody kibble.
Silver murred as he enjoyed this large human he had been sitting with. Soon she would fill his deep hunger. Those little tiny creatures he ate before were mere snacks, not nearly enough to tide him over. Those crackers were dry and barely could even be labelled as passable food. Despite his brain now losing his senses, the primal thought of a large stomach of prey filled the Were creature with delight. This thought process eased his teeth on Dee’s noggin, as well as loosened his throat as he started finally started to swallow his main course. Dee felt Silvers warm breath against her as she could now look down to see the awaiting throat, eager to allow her to pass on down.
She felt her head began to be encased, completely enveloped by the powerful silver werehog’s throat. Her hair slid down easy enough, but Dee’s face formed a small but noticeable bulge on Silver’s neck. The were beast grinned as he poked said bulge playfully, loving the feeling his food was making in his esophagus. He let out a low growl, followed by an audible gulp that echoed through Dee’s ears. The throat muscles squeezed and roughly pulled down on the human girl, pinning her arms to the sides and removing any possible threat they could have had. It appeared even though Silver had protected her, perhaps it was never at all because she was like some sort of kin. Dee though it could even have been just like a wolf protecting his food from being taken away or shared among a pack.
“Silver this is urk...cool and all....eep....but you’re squeezing too tight....you’re gonna reform me or something right? I’ll be ok?” Dee cried out as she was having a rough time dealing with Silver the werehog’s powerful organs tugging and stringing her along for the brief ride down to the grumbling center, the belly of the beast. Her pleas were completely ignored as Silver’s stomach sphincter began to slowly creep open. Just then the intensive heat from Silver’s stomach started to leak out, before coming out full blast. The human girl struggled and shook as she really started to sweat. The innards of Silver were like a coal powered train as they chugged along, with her body soon becoming the load of coal for the fuel it desired.
The werehog slurped and swallowed hard as it brought in Dee’s stomach. His long rough tongue ran across her very body, as he let out a small groan of pleasure. Dee couldn’t help but laugh and wiggle as the rough course tongue was like sandpaper rubbing against her skin. “Ack cut it out Silver, seriously. I hate being tickled!” she said as her head wormed its way through the sphincter, before her body took a small, but quick drop.
Dee’s head ended up in the stomach bile of Silver, as his exterior furred stomach started to expand. A brief howl released from Silvers jaws as his belly slowly started to stretch. His eyes closed briefly as one clawed hand was placed on his ever growing gut. Now this was a meal. The meal he was looking for. He wanted prey that would fill out his stomach proudly, as well as prey that would be able to at least put up some effort squirming in there. Unfortunately for Dee she wasn't able to cover her ears in time to avoid the high pitched howl.
The human morsel could feel her waist being gnawed upon, as her arms finally joined her within the throbbing stomach she was being dropped into. Dee tried pushing against the bottom of the stomach now, hoping she could maybe knock some sense into this big oaf. The were beast merely smirked and laughed, or that was at least Dee could make out from the sounds he was making. Her hands made an imprint on the werehog’s stomach, as with one finger he merely pushed his belly in, and shoved her aside like nothing but weak prey.
Dee’s body hit the other side of the stomach wall as Silver tilted his head up, and allowed the legs of his dinner to just slide on down. There was nothing Dee could do. Too much effort could get her potentially maimed. Too little effort does nothing but please this gluttonous beast. All that she could do was accept that she had now become food for the more powerful creature, and hope maybe someone could save her. Perhaps one of those kids Jay looks after.
Silver made one last deep swallow “GLUK”, but unfortunately for him Dee’s shoes got caught in his throat, delaying the inevitable even for a moment. Silver growled angrily as he chomped and bit through the shoes as if they were nothing but tissue paper, and then spat them out of his mouth. He really didn’t like those. Afterwards he swallowed extra hard this time, one more “GLURK” as that last of his meal finally entered his awaiting esophagus.
“I guess this may be it then.” Dee thought to herself as her feet slid down Silver’s throat. He let out a toothy grin as he traced the last bulge with one claw, before hearing what sounded like a deep squishing sound, as well a sound as if a large drum had been struck. His belly hit the very floor before bouncing up. Silver let out a little snarl as he felt the immediate shift in his body weight, and then slapped his stomach proudly for his fine catch. Dee was shoved and bounced around Silver’s grumbling stomach as it pushed her body up and down, and all around.
The human prey’s movement caused some stomach juices to bubble, as well as the stomach to echo a loud groaning sound. The great silver beast opened his mouth wide, allowing his fangs to part ways, and a large belch erupted from his jaws. “BBBUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPP!” A deafening sound filled the air as the entire house shook noticeably. A heaping load of saliva and stomach bile exited from Silvers extended maw, and splattered on the walls and floors of Dee’s family room. One could say Silver was giving the house his very own touch to make it feel more like his own place.
Dee struggled and pushed against the stomach muscles that throbbed and constantly tugged her around, as silver let out another loud noise. “AWWWWOOOOOOOOOOHHH!” Silver let a deep howl escape, letting other creatures know this was his territory now, and he had dined on quite the elegant treat. Dee had covered her ears about half way through said howl, as inside silver, the deep howl only amplified the sound she was hearing. At least this time she saved herself from losing her eardrums, even if only for a little while.
The werehog let out a smaller belch as he curled up next to his stomach. He lovingly like a puppy stroked his center and closed his eyes. No longer was he filled with hunger. He could make this meal fuel his body, so he may go out and explore this world, and catch even more tasty treats. This home would be his cave, and outside these walls were predators and prey like any other wild environment.
“So this was really happening?” Dee thought. She was eaten from the saviour of the future. Rather than warning of some great danger, he was the danger. If only Knuckles could have come to her aid. He had unfortunately refused to carry a phone, as using his boxing gloved mitts to even try and dial was a huge pain. She exhaled, as oddly enough the stomach muscles while firm, were quite nice to lay on. Not to mention the extreme heat was causing her eyes to struggle to remain open. She was being soothed into a deep slumber, as the stomach acids lightly worked on breaking her clothing down first.
“Well...I guess if I had to go out, this ain’t the worst way to go.” Dee said as she let her head rest against Silver’s stomach wall. The beast could feel his prey embrace her place, and let out a small purr. Dee smiled in response as soon she was at long last put to rest. She had given herself up to Silver so that he may continue to exist.
The silver werehog’s powerful stomach muscles continued to mush and squish the human girls body as his stomach acids surprisingly quickly had already began to break her down. Everything about a were transformation increased muscle and elasticity capabilities. It also seemed to give Silver a more powerful digestive system. Yet another small belch escaped from the beasts maw as his stomach noticeably quickly began to shrink from its large bulbous form, into a small chunky pudge state.
Several hours passed and the one known as Dee was no more. She was nothing but fat upon the werehog’s body, as well as adding another fluffier coat to his fur and especially magnificent white chest patch. Still it was unknown what had happened in the future, and why Silver became this creature. Though Dee wasn’t looking to be able to find out any time soon.
The door to what is now Silver’s home opened slowly as someone stepped in. This person tilted up their glasses slightly, as the morning sun glistened across his lenses. “Heh you really made a mess here wolfy.” He said stepping forward to the sleeping beast. He came close as the creature opened his eyes and snarled. There was an intruder in his new home. An intruder who oddly enough had no shadow reflecting off of him.
Silver was about to pounce upon what appeared to be another human who entered his domain. He roared, and leaped at the human claws extended as this intruder merely smirked. Just a shy moment before being touched, Silver was grabbed and restrained by shadow tendrils, that had had come from a dark abyss behind him on the floor. He looked down to see the dark tendrils drag and restrain him, forcing him closer to the hole. Silver whimpered as he tried to use all of his might to break free, but it was no good. This force had even greater strength than he had.
“Don’t you worry, this is for your own good.” The human male chuckled innocently. “Sorry this may end up being a frightening experience.” The shadow tendrils then pulled extra hard, as Silver yelped, and was pulled deep within a dark abyss. The yelp was cut off extremely early as he had no time to even let out a final cry.
A few minutes pass as only the male human and the abyss remained in Dee's former home. “You clean him up of that negative energy?” The human asked as mere moments later, Silver came out of the abyss, back to normal even. He had a little pudge on his stomach from the meal he consumed, but he was a hedgehog again. Next to him was the girl he had devoured. Dee was ok too, back from being nothing but a meal to the beast who returned to normal. The chao children Static, Shock, Edge, and Scamper were with her as well. They were the chao that were eaten before she was consumed.
“It wasss no problem.” The shadow spoke from the abyss. The shadow abyss vanished and then quickly merged back into where the human’s shadow was supposed to be. “This one issss on me. I happen to like this girl.” The shadow added as the humans eyes opened slightly surprised. Not often does his other really get to like anyone many other people.
“Thanks Shade. I do hate to put you on clean up duty.” The human said as his shadow from under him then enveloped the house, and in a mere couple of seconds, removed the bile Silver had left upon it, before shrinking back down into an ordinary human looking shadow cast from the human.
“My treat wasss the dark energy Daniel.” Shade responded as Daniel like the guardian angel that he was, helped out his friend who was like a little sister to him. A job well done he strokes a golden lock of his hair from his eyes, and strolls on off once more. The house door closes what seems to be on its own as he exits.
