This wing-it was finished for as the first of my MFF wing-its! Really had a lot of fun figuring out this water scene, though it did take a try or two to get the idea down on paper. Also had some help with critiques to add more life to the scene.

I'm actually really excited about the water. I want to get my water piece from you someday soon. c:
While water is sometimes annoying to paint, I absolutely love it. I'll be looking forward to that~
wow! I loved how it started in the speedpaint with the waterfall jungle scene :D Do you have a favorite brushset to paint with?
I use some brushes from a few brush sets, but that's mainly for the beginning of painting. Main ones I use to set a "tooth" on the canvas to paint further:
-Pastel brush
-Various noise brushes
-Cloud brushes (both stamps and for manual shaping)
Though, once that is done I mainly use a basic circle or square brush for most of my painting, with a rare fur brush for specific scenes. Didn't use it for this piece, but I did for the piece I'm posting up a bit later tomorrow!

very nice work on the transition. and the detail of him pushing off the ground from the shallow dive, a motion everyone does.... or should do, and no one draws. love it, amazing job
Originally he had just one hand pushing off the bottom, but it made sense to have both. Even when it's not so shallow a dive for myself, I still do it while swimming. Just safer overall to make sure you don't hit your head. xD
and its a great way to give yourself a burst of speed, without using up to much energy.
Really love this, movement of the water is amazing. Fantastic work.
