I do enjoy Slyther's Lugia Pokesona variant, and here we can see the big bellied Lugia enjoying some swimming in one of the few mediums that grants him graceful movement! And he knows he's being observed, too, as he's having some fun showing off!
The story behind how this image came to be is a strange one. This was commissioned and completed by hato (click) back in June 2017 at Fur-Eh! Originally I was going to get Hato to draw my feral dragon, but I saw one of her Pokemon prints on display and we got to talking about favourite Pokemon and that I had a Lugia variant of myself. She asked to see it and instantly fell in love with it, especially the belly, so I had an impulsive change of plans and let her draw my Lugia instead.
