That's a long story, a very long, convoluted story. Short of is, I read the code, I watched them march about, hating the Republic, hating each other, hating themselves, says it gives them power. Ha;f the time you hear someone betrayed whoever and whatever, constantly bemoaning how much they wanna climb over the other to get their station, blah, blah, blah. Hate, rage, anger! Funny ... I don't recall needing those when I needed to get rough. It's like there's a whole BOOK of instincts and emotions to go through, and we're only taking a page? Righteous Rage, Pride, and hey, even Lust if it kicks the hyperdrive in motion (Sure works for me). Not one word in the code says 'Be Evil', just 'Be Free', and that's what I'm gonna be.

Jedi? Look, you wanna close off those emotions and drone like robots, go right ahead. Just don't get in my way, when I set my sights on Freedom, you better believe I'm not locking my heart and mind away behind some dulled mediation and scripture.

Passion to Strength, Strength to Power, Power to Victory, Victory to breaking the Chains. The Force really did set me free. Maybe the Sith got something right outta that nonsense."
