This is more of a reference for anyone who likes diapers and pokemon and wants to spice up their artwork. I threw in explanations to try to justify it and make it more interesting. Read it if you'd like.
Bulbasaur: As the first pokemon it’s not drawn too often, oddly. It has a cute enough design.
Ivysaur: Same as Bulbasaur, but has the addition of being able to use vines. A few people have drawn it, but nowhere near the extent of the Charmander line.
Squirtle: It’s a water type. They need diapers. It helps that Squirtle’s head is sort of baby shaped already.
Wartortle: All the charm of Squirtle and more, with a bigger tail, ear feathers and angry looking eyes, it gives off the “trying to look cool but still looking cute” look. Very good for being diapered unwillingly.
Sandshrew: It has big eyes and a dinosaur like body structure. Dinosaur pokemon are usually a good choice to pad.
Sandslash: Same as Sandshrew but slightly taller. Might be easier to diaper without making said look out of proportion.
Nidorina: Dinosaur type body and angry eyes? Plus being a poison type? Sounds like a recipe for cuteness.
Nidoqueen: Like Nidorina but has underbelly scales that resemble a bikini. A plus in the eyes of some.
Golduck: A surfing dinosaur/duck thing that still retains a bit of the charm Psyduck has. Acts cool but would instantly become cute diapered.
Abra: A little boxy in design, but still looks cute enough. It being alseep all the time could explain why it’s diapered; because it wets itself.
Kadabra: To a lesser degree, since it’s a bit harder to make look cute. But it does have a big tail, which is a desirable trait if Braxien is anything to go off of. If you go about padding it, try to make it look more foxlike.
Slowbro: It only has underbelly scales starting at the legs, resembling either a swimsuit or a diaper. The latter making more sense due to its low intelligence. Also has the dynamic of having an angry shell as a tail, which could lead to interesting situations.
Cubone: It has a sad backstory, but it’s so small and fat that it still manages to look cute. A good excuse for diapering is that it wants to have a proper childhood.
Marowak: It’s slightly taller and has a more confident demeanor to it. Seems like the type to get embarrased by a diaper.
Likitung: A little gross, but remove the toungue and you’re left with a really fat bipedal salamander that’s mostly pink. Seems like a good thing to diaper.
Rhydon: The first ever pokemon designed, but not the first to be diapered. It just has a design that a diaper would look really good on.
Kangaskhan: A kangaroo/dinosaur that is overprotective of its baby. For one the baby could be diapered because, well, it’s a baby. The mom could also be diapered for a myriad of reasons; perhaps to make the baby more comfortable about wearing a diaper.
Cyndaquil: Its evolutions are drawn diapered a lot more than it, and that’s a problem. It has a really fat, round looking design and line eyes, and manages to still look cute. Plus, if Charmander is any indication, fire starters are usually good diaper material.
Croconaw: The scales that are supposed to resemble a caveman outfit look more like a onesie than anything else. It even has a hole for the tail!
Flaaffy: Its wool looks like a scarf and it’s a lot less elongated than Ampharos. And anything with wool can easily turn the wool into a diaper.
Slowking: For the same reason as Slowbro, only without the “being dumb” part. Also has a cute looking neck ruff.
Girafarig: It looks like it has pants, for one. The main reason for diapering it would be that its tail is sentient, meaning that it could react to being surrounded by white poofy stuff in a large number of ways.
Gligar: Generally an underrated pokemon, both to pad and to like in general.
Delibird: One of the only flying types that doesn’t fly. Despite being based on Santa, it's adorable in its own way. A diaper could help it stay warm in the cold and maybe even store extra presents.
Miltank: Fetishy enough already, Miltank looks cute and already looks like it has a bonnet on its head. Good reason to pad would be leaky udders.
Mudkip: Not padded very often despite being the favorite starter of most people who have played generation 3. Also based on an Axolotl which helps.
Zigzagoon: Really cute design with a zigzag mouth and big eyes. Its hindquarters is the only smooth part of it, so it would really like some extra protection.
Linoon: Good design. It’s back is very flat, making any padding added stick up far past its body.
Ralts: Its evolutions may be very popular, but Ralts itself isn’t. It has hidden eyes, and looks much more gender neutral than the rest of its evolution line. The big legs might be a bit of a problem, but the end result should be quite cute if you know what you’re doing.
Breloom: A mushroom kangaroo that looks like it's wearing a hat. Helps that its body is colored like it has a set of pajamas/coverall on.
Aggron: Its body is not very angular for a steel type, and its a dinosaur pokemon, which always look good diapered.
Meditite: What else could that white thing on its waist be? Closing its mouth helps to enhancr cuteness, too.
Camerupt: Really stocky for a camel. Has a really smug look on its face too (kind of like the real thing). Seems like a good candidate.
Zangoose: A fat, perpetually angry cat thing with a really bushy tail. Only been diapered a few times, stangely.
Kecleon: It has a design that’s cute in a different way than normal, and it if it camoflaged with a diaper it would just look like the diaper was floating. Not to mention you can change its colors to match the mood you're going for.
Banette: Even though it can’t really excrete anything, Banette’s permanent zipper smile and broom tail, along with being a living plush toy make it prime diaper material.
Absol: Looks like a scrapped Eeveelution, and those are some of the most popular pokemon to diaper. Diapering it could be a way to prevent “disasters” if you get the gyst.
Bagon: Even though it doesn’t have a tail, the pokemon wiki says the patch of tan skin between its legs is supposed to resemble a diaper. Might as well give it a real one to give it some protection from falling so often.
Chimchar: It’s actually quite cute if it makes any sort of facial expression besides neutral. The butt fire might be hard to put a diaper over, but as long as you treat it as a tail it should be fine.
Piplup: Water type, a starter, being a penguin, and having quite a good design. All traits prime for padding. (Not to mention that it has a rather smug personality, so it could be proud of its diapers or embarrassed. Quite versatile.)
Bidoof: Definitely an aquired taste, but its buck teeth and poof tail give it a unique charm that would only be enhanced by a diaper.
Cranidos: It has a cool guy demenour about it despite looking kind of like a mutated yoshi. Its eyes being half circles help too; it makes it look sassier.
Stunky: It’s a skunk. Skunks are already the perfect animal to diaper.
Skuntank: Same as Stunky, but a bit harder due to its oddly shaped tail. If you can pull it off, it’s quite cute.
Abomasnow: It comes off as quite intimidating and lives in cold areas. A nice thick diaper could help keep it warm as well as make other pokemon less scared of it.
Gabite: It’s chubbier and slightly less intimidating than its evolution Garchomp, and actually has a neck unlike Gible. Its underbelly also has a unique design.
Dialga: A time god sounds like a good candidate for regression, weather giving or taking. That and it could make use of that weird shield thing it has near the base of its tail via an extra tailhole in the diaper.
Palkia: Its design would just look really good with a diaper. Mostly its the lines on its underbelly.
Arceus: While a little bony looking, Arceus is just cute enough to be complimented by a diaper. You could even work its waist ring into it if you’d like.
Blitzle: It has a really cute face and interesting fur and mane patterns. It can look angry, smug, innocent, you name it. Very versitile for a zebra.
Excadrill: It has a very bottom heavy body and looks like it has a full body suit of some kind. The perpetual scowl could also make for some cute situations.
Audino: Out of all the nurse pokemon, Audino is the least blobby looking. It has a puffy tail and heart shaped paw pads. Since they are commonly used in pokemon centers, diapers could just be part of the job. The only issue is its body proportions; you’ll need to do some work to fit a diaper on it.
Timburr: Unlike its less sightly evolutions, Timburr is actually cute. It has a smug look on its face and isn’t too oddly shaped to diaper.
Krokorok: Another reptillian pokemon, Krokorok also looks smug while doing so. It looks a bit more laid back than Krookodile, so maybe it would be more open to a diaper.
Maractus: Odd choice, but if you just give it legs it can become one of the cutest things you’ve seen in a while.
Carracosta: Despite having a shell, its body is more dragon shaped if anything. The shell looks like it can be removed anyway, so diapering shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
Zorua: Essentially an evil version of Eevee. Helps that it can disguise itself as other pokemon, perhaps to convince everyone that another pokemon secretly likes diapers.
Sawsbuck: It may have a simple design, but you have four of them to choose from. And diapering a deer only makes it look more skiddish than usual due to embarrassment.
Axew: Generally doesn’t get much love despite being a main character in one of the pokemon animes. It has a natural collar and a pretty stocky body. Seems like something that would make a good pet, albeit one that isn’t toilet trained.
Fraxure: Its armor stops at the waist for some reason. It would probably need something else to cover its vunerable underbelly...
Trubbish: It may literally be trash but anthro it and you have a smelly diapered trash gremlin who's way too cute for its own good.
Garbodor: Same as Trubbish but more "trash ogre" than "trash gremlin". You can do gross stuff with it to, if you're into that.
Meinfoo: A perpetually angry martial arts ermine with fur resembling a karate uniform? Seems prime for embarrassment. Meinshao to a lesser extent.
Vullaby: It’s literally “the diapered pokemon”. so it’s odd that it isn’t drawn more often. It helps that its diaper is also a human skull.
Heatmor: Anteaters are generally underrated to diaper, and Heatmor is not just an anteater. It looks like it has a coverall on (you’ll notice a theme of pokemon with fake clothes being good to diaper), and it has pipes near its underbelly. Its hands may look weird, but the rest of it could easily become cute.
Deino: A dragon with a really short fluffy tail and a bowl cut that blocks out its eyes? Just add a diaper and it will be heart melting.
Zweilous: To a lesser extent due to being very wide, but it retains Deino's charm and adds to it by giving it multiple heads that could give very different reactions to being diapered.
Skiddo: One of the only goat pokemon, and a really cute one at that. Less spikey looking than Gogoat, it’s innocent enough to maybe still need diapers (to keep them from running off?).
Gogoat: Still a goat but a little more serious looking; except for the huge diaper it has on. Of note is that it's the only other pokemon (at the moment) besides Miltank that can learn Milk Drink, so the "leaky udders" reason still stands.
Pancham: It has a huge head, looks like it has pants, and constantly has a leaf in its mouth. It also tries to act cool and faily due to being far too adorable for its own good. If this isn’t good to diaper, then what is?
Aromatisse: It may be rather potato shaped, but its defining feature is the pink fur around its legs and torso. This ends up looking like a big, fluffy diaper. Just elongate the proportions a bit and give it a dose of the real thing.
Helioptile: It has lopped ears, stands funny, and a really cute face. The legs are already spread apart for a diaper too.
Noibat: In essence, a bat version of Riolu. Riolu is popular to draw, so by that logic so should Noibat.
Gumshoos: Its face isn’t as perpetually angry as its pre evolution, looking more pensive. The “long hours staking out” angle could be used as an esxuse to diaper it.
Mareanie: Anthropomorphize it and you have a snaggletoothed irate starfish girl who desperately needs to look cuter.
Poipole: As the only “cute” ultra beast, it certaily sticks out with its big head and cute little dragon body. Almost seems like a scrapped mascot pokemon.
Raboot: It tries to hard to look cool and fails because of how damn cute it is, something reflected in most of its animations. Not to mention its tracksuit, which is why it would look good in a diaper. Perhaps a diaper would be a good way to prevent it from running off.
Skwovet: It lacks the unnerving face of its evolution while still looking like a fat squirrel. The fat ones are always good to diaper, and so are the early-game rodents, so the combonation here is a win-win.
Chewtle: It has the look of an angry toddler, complete with a buck tooth. Too stubborn to be potty trained, perhaps?
Arrowkuda: An odd choice, but if anthropomorphized it becomes a dinosaur-thing with a goofy smile and a nice color palette. Seems inocennt enough to still look cute in a diaper.
Barraskewda: Same as Arrowkuda, but substitute the goofy smile with a "trying to look serious but failing" face. Not to mention that it has a propeller for a tail.
Toxel: It looks like a baby, acts like a baby, and even has a diaper as part of its design. This also means that you can seemlessly dress it up in baby clothes.
Hattrem: Since it walks with the two ends of its hair, a diaper wouldn't impede its movement nor its grace by much. Not as popular as Hatterene, but still retains most of the charm in a easier-to-pad package.
Morgrem: A nice inbetween of Impidimp's mischief and Grimsnarl's intimidation, it has the hair and face of a juvinile delenquent. It also looks like it has pants, which of course is a trait that always befits a diaper quite well.
Indeedee: Has a variable gender appearence but retains its wide hips in both genders (though the male lacks a tail). Unfortunately is not as wide in the front and back, which a diaper could remedy. Not to mention that their roles as butlers/maids could provide for some embarassing situations.
Morpeko: Rather pill shaped but still proportioned for a diaper to fit correctly. Could also have the dynamic of liking its diaper while not hungry and resenting it while hungry.
Dracozolt: The poster-saur for bottom-heavy reptiles, Dracozolt's out of proportion rear would make any diaper taped on it look much thicker. The diaper could also cover the less-sightly skin between the front and back halves.
Arctozolt: It is permanently cold despite the fur(?) surrounding its upper body. It would very much appretiate a diaper just so it could be warmer.
Dracovish: Dracovish's body suddenly cuts off between its legs, looking rather painful. Give it a diaper and you no longer have to look at it (though weather it could even use the diaper given its strange anatomy is unknown).
Dracloak: It has stubby feet and a long, fat body, and it not only feels the need to care for Dreepy, but will mother regular pokemon if it can't find one. A perfect recipie for both a babysitter and a baby.
Bulbasaur: As the first pokemon it’s not drawn too often, oddly. It has a cute enough design.
Ivysaur: Same as Bulbasaur, but has the addition of being able to use vines. A few people have drawn it, but nowhere near the extent of the Charmander line.

You should write it someday. It sounds interesting. Style it like Kurikia’s stories; lighthearted by can be emotional at times.
Well, its pretty bottom heavy so any padding would look even BIGGER on it (think what dragonite or goodra look like diapered). And its legs are colored like black pants. The head and tail are a bit of a turn off though. It could be cute to diaper, it would just need to be drawn a certain way.
What way would you want Grumpig to be drawn in, and why do you think its head and tail are a turn off point?
1) If it was a bit more anthropomorphised. Just slightly longer legs and a longer torso.
2) It's ears are on the sides of its head and are really hard to draw. The tail would also be hard to get a diaper around.
2) It's ears are on the sides of its head and are really hard to draw. The tail would also be hard to get a diaper around.
Technically, Skiddo can also learn Milk Drink, suggesting that it may be able to produce milk somehow. Maybe the "Leaky udders" thing could also be used on Skiddo and Gogoat.
What do you think about Stunky and Skuntank and why do you want them to be diapered? Well, Skuntank is my favorite Pokémon after all, so I want to know your thoughts on it.
I like them. Skunks are steriotypically smelly, just like a full diaper, so giving a skunk a diaper seems like a really combonation.
Well... They have nice color schemes. I like how their faces look. Skuntank has its tail flat against its back so it looks like a mowhawk, which's cute (I actually thought Midnight Lycanroc was just a fusion of Skuntank and Lucario at first). The only think I wish is that they had better moves in the games.
Which move do you wish Skuntank had the most? I wonder why Skuntank doesn't have a move related to a skunk spray ability.
I don’t know. Venoshock? I’m not the best when it comes to pokemon moves, sorry.
Audino. Its one of the nurse pokemon so I’d have access to diapers of all shapes and sizes. There’s a reason I have one as my profile picture.
As a person that use to watch Pokemon most of the time, which give me the nickname Baby Cyndaquil, I tried to draw some Cyndaquil pics. I am more in Digimon nowdays, because of the maturity level in the show. Patamon is the best one to be diapered there.
That's another good reason that I wouldn't have caught. Thanks for mentioning it, I might add it to the list of reasons later.
That's a bit tricky.
Appletun is cute, but its proportions don't really work very well with a diaper.
HOWEVER, with some modifications, diapering Appletun is a very good idea. Specifically, make its back smaller and give it bigger hind legs and underbelly.
A good choice is to anthropomorphize it before applying any sort of padding.

Dialga would be an equally good candidate for regressing and diapering others
I might add it and Abomasnow to the list. Though there exist more diapered Yveltal and Abomasnow pictures than diapered Likitung and Aromatisse pictures.
Oh yeah I forgot you already did that, I forgot because mature artwork doesn't appear in SFW mode.
Can you made an history about the slowbro and his shell filling diapers?
From my point of view, a lot of pokemons are given little attention. When it comes to the diaper fetish, the main mascot of the franchise - pikachu, also eeveelutions and a few of the more famous ones come first. To be honest, I wonder why altaria gets so little attention, and also swablu has never been pictured diapered yet. These fluffy birds are excellent in hugs and an extra poofs would only enhance hugs effect, besides, the altaria's singing makes sink into good dreams. And why anyone rarely draws psyduck, although it is known to no lesser extent than eeveelutions.
I would add to this list with a little pokemons of those that I can offer at now (perhaps I will add someone else to them later):
Cramorant - is silly, from which he tries to taste a lot of things, as if the real baby were doing it.
Sirfetch'd - a brave prince? Riding a ponyta? In diaper? It sounds like pathos, but this baby, who already speaks of his ability to stand up for himself and protect those who are weaker than him, looks encouraging. Well, or when he just enjoys his position.
Archen - is literally a pokemon dinosaur that is leaving the Mesozoic era and is on its way to becoming a modern bird. So why not emphasize how evolutionarily small it looks compared to other avians? (not in a bad way) And archeops also.

I want to note that most bird pokemon with diaper is painted very rarely, it's not only about the species I have mentioned. At least that's what I think if I'm wrong.
What about like ducklett and starly? At now I don't have any ideas with them yet, but they would also be appropriate, I think.
Crabrawler needs a diaper, why? Because he tried to be thought but it ends like a tiny silly bab
Also I forgot bonsly, sudowoodo, snubbull, chatot, dunsparce, mr mime, smoochum, inkay, clobbopus, milcery, hatenna, impidimp and perrserker
