It has been two years since this Dungeons & Dragons paladin character has been made for a campaign that is still going on to this day, but now I finally found the time to draw him up in all his glory.

Meet Depths of the Golden Cliffs (Or "Cliff" for short). He is a noble hunter of his clan that resides in the deep canyon oasis far off in the desert. In a land that is otherwise devoid of life, the canyon contains a forest ecosystem that is reminiscent of the Havasu region of the Grand Canyon where the water flows and a world of its own lives independently of the world above the rim. Cliff has lived most of his life being the pride of his people and an exceptional hunter and fighter. He was, however, one of the very few of his tribe who ever wonder of the world that exists outside the canyon walls. On one fateful day, he packed what he could carry, wished his people farewell and climbed his way up the canyon wall. He reached the rim and stepped off into the world where he found his calling as a paladin, learned the ways of the ancients and joined an adventuring party that carry their adventures to today.

This is the first image made on Clip Studio Paint, which is becoming my new favorite art program. Helped with the pose and make the rain effect come in nice and straight. Helps bring a new flame to my artistic prowess.
