Now onto the chapter of me and my Meika:

Racing World
A Visit to Vehicles
Nicholas did end up calling the next place to visit and a couple of days later, the group were heading out to it. But this time John was coming with them. As always Meika rode in the passenger seat in Nicholas’s viper with his mechanic in the back. “She still runs well my man!” the Doberman stated as the husky led the way for the other vehicles.
“You know it!” the guy with his glasses turned into shades replied.
The journey went to a different part of Aispir City that the rest hadn’t been to yet. They pulled up to a building that had a couple of garage like structures next to it. The first looked to be the main office where customers came inside. For this was a car shop. And not just any one according to Nicholas who explained to the others about it before coming here. “We’re going to the place that is owned by John's brother Danny,” the husky had told Tag and the rest. “Danny’s one of those guys who’s just a car addict. And he and his crew not only really know their stuff, they can build the most amazing rides you’ve ever seen. From cars to bikes, they say if it has wheels and an engine, they can build it. It was them that helped me not only obtain the Viper, but also make the Lighting Blizzard ready for the racing world after I got the body from the pawn shop we visited.”
Back in the present, everyone got out of the cars. For this visit, Meika had on her usual pants with a t-shirt. Nicholas went with his black vest and the same shirt he’d worn at the pawn shop. They saw on the glass for the office the words Counter Customs was printed on it along with a fancy arrow symbol that was in the gothic design. Nicholas turned his glasses back to normal and the group began to walk up to the door. The husky explained that since the owner here was a very good friend, Danny was allowing a couple of hours for Tag and the others to check this place out and meet him. It was exactly like it had been for the Metal and Coin Pawn Shop. The door to the office then opened and out walked a Doberman that was a little younger than John and unlike the other Doberman the guy was wearing a black vest and his arms were exposed. There was a bandana of the same color on the head. This had to be the younger sibling. And Nicholas confirmed it after he got a big grin. “Yo Danny!” he called.
“Good morning gents and ladies!” the sibling replied, very friendly like his older brother. John, Danny, and Nicholas came in for the bro hug.
“What up bratha?” the older Doberman asked with a chuckle.
“You know me, still building rides, making a living.”
The others then came face to face with Danny and he got a smile on his face. “So these must be those you’re hosting,” he said to Nicholas and spread his arms out a bit. “Well welcome here to my shop. I’m Danny, people around here call me The Car Wiz.”
He shook paws and in the case of Miles, his wing. “I can see John’s not the only one who’s friendly,” Meika said with a smile.
“Well it’s nice to meet all of you.”
“So what do you do here?” Tag asked.
We build wicked choppers, bad motorcycles, hot rides, classic cars; anything with an engine, we get into it.”
“Wait, you said motorcycles?” Tamira asked, her eyes getting a glint. Tag had seen it before at the pawn shop.
“That’s right,” the Doberman replied with a grin. “It’s not just them; I’m what you call a car addict. I’m constantly looking for them and bikes or anything cool like that. Sometimes they find me, sometimes I find them. When I find them I like to give it the touch up, make them beautiful, cool, and stylish. Then I have to make the hard decision of selling or keeping them.”
“Yeah I remember how you really had to struggle when giving me my baby,” Nicholas stated with a grin.
“How is she by the way?” Danny asked the husky.
“Well thanks to John, the Lighting Blizzard’s ready for the racing season this year. And for the Viper, well, see for yourself.” The Doberman saw the said car and grinned.
“Well it seems you might be a little nuts,” Meelo commented.
“Others have called me that,” Danny replied. “They call me a bit crazy. And most of those guys work for me which is ironic and funny. But I have to admit they’re right half the time. I am a little bit nuts doing the things we do on the vehicles, but I can’t help myself. But honestly I’m okay with being nuts.”
“Despite that you really do good work,” Nicholas told him. “You’ve really helped me and my other racing friends out and so many others in this city and the ones nearby. If it wasn’t for your brother John, I would’ve tried to get you on board as my mechanic. And I certainly would trust you with both of my rides. Just like those guys at the Metal and Coin pawn shop trust you.”
“He knows them?” Sonny asked.
“Oh yeah, me and that family go back about five years now,” Danny said. “Dickson contacted me one morning and asked me if I would like to handle all the automotive and motorcycle work they do over at their place of business. So I started doing all that work they needed. I go out and inspect certain vehicles and bikes they’re interested in purchasing for selling and give them my opinion on the value and whether it’s a good buy or not. They say you don’t mix business and friendship. But in the case of Dickson and myself, bratha we do great business together, and always remain the best of friends.”
“Just like you and me,” Nicholas commented.
“Amen bratha.” He then turned to look towards the building. “Well I say that’s enough chat; come on in since you’re here to visit.”
The Doberman led the way inside the main office. “So what makes this place different?” Miles asked.
“I’m glad you asked my man. My shop is unique; we do things differently here. For us, it’s all about making them as stylish and as beautiful as they can be. But let me show you why.”
Tag and the rest saw what the guy meant. They could see this place was a comfortable place to work and be in. The males working here seemed relaxed and having a good time on the projects they were working on. The group met the general manager, the relationship person, the lead painter, bike builder, even the guy who prepared the vehicles to be ready like they were going to a show room. “All of this is incredible,” Sonny commented.
“I’m glad you think so; my guys are the best,” Danny said.
The first area had been the main car area but then it was on to where the choppers and bikes were made. Tamira got a grin like when she had been ad the Metal and Coin pawn shop. But to her surprise, Tag actually was able to identify a few of them. “Since when did you learn about these?” the pantheress asked him.
“I took a look and found a good series that helped,” he replied. Nicholas and Meika exchanged smirks as these two could tell that the tiger had really done that to try to connect with Tamira. The tiger then turned to Danny, saying how much she loved these kinds of vehicles.
“Well I can certainly tell,” he said with a grin. “Glad to find another who loves them as much as I do.”
The Doberman then took the group up to his office. “I brought you guys here next because Nicholas says he’s got a little surprise for me.”
“I do indeed,” the husky said.
“Well what we’ve seen is amazing,” Meika commented. “But I want to see some completed things you’ve done.”
“Why don’t you show them pics of that custom bike and car you made for the casino here?” Nicholas suggested.
“Sure thing, give me a sec.” The Doberman brought up them and the rest who saw were stunned.
“Whoa…” Tag said. They saw a gorgeous looking car and bike.
“My guys went crazy with these,” Danny explained. “It was hard giving them away but I know both got good homes for those that won them.”
“It was a prize give away thing,” Nicholas stated. “I heard about it and saw them but I was busy. If I had won them I would have given them to a good cause. I got my Viper and she’s all I need besides my race car.”
While the group then took a look at more examples of the vehicles Danny and his crew had worked on, Nicholas gave Danny his surprise. It was a chip that the guy plugged into his personal electric tablet. “It’s all the pics and footage of their cars,” the husky explained. “I figured you’d like to look at them.”
“I do indeed, man!” the Doberman replied and let out a laugh seeing Tag’s car make one of its jumps. “Oh man, I’m going to be spending all day and night watching this sick footage!”
“Glad you like it Danny. However, just like with the guys at the pawn shop, I do have to tell and ask you something.”
“Sure, what’s up?” The two had a whispering conversation.
“So… can it be finished in time?” the husky then asked. “And can you be ready for it?”
“Ready for what?” Meika asked while looking up from the couch in the office she was sitting at. The others in the group looked up from the pictures to hear this to.
“Did you see on T.V. when Mr. Mane and King met and talked about a few parties before the racing season started?” Nicholas said. “Well for the first one Mr. Mane’s requested Danny and his guys build a car that’s going to be in a raffle at the first party. One lucky winner will go home with it that night.”
“That sounds awesome!” the vixen stated.
“Wait… why would you care about that?” Miles then asked, frowning a little.
“Well one of the reasons you’ll find out soon enough,” the husky replied. “I want that to be a surprise. But the second is because I want to try to win it myself all so I can give someone a smile when I give it to them.”
“Awwww, that’s so sweet of you,” Meika cooed. The husky blushed at her words and cleared his throat.
“However, it’s also because Danny is invited to this as well. I’d hate for him to not be there.”
“Bratha, I would be honored to be there to support you and the others,” the Doberman stated. “And after hearing not only the guys from the pawn shop will be there but also because it’s you who I’ve done great business and your racing friends, how can I say no? I’m glad you said something cause I’ve never attended a formal party like that. And I don’t own a suit and tie.” He and the husky shared a laugh.
“Yeah you’re not the type,” John added and everyone laughed since it was clear the said Doberman being a car guy would never dress like that.
“But no I’m happy to support you and why when you guys race here, me and my boys will be there to support you,” Danny stated. “Just let me know the dates and details of the things and we’ll be there.”
“Thanks man,” Nicholas commented.
The last thing the guy showed everyone was where his personal collection of cars and bikes was in the shop. Everyone was amazed by this. “Dude, this is crazy,” Tag stated and then grinned, remembering what Danny had said about that.
“All the same look at these!” Sonny exclaimed. Danny was happy to answer any questions. But then it came time for the group to leave. He waved them goodbye, telling them to stop by anytime they wished or needed help with their cars.
“Wow, he was so nice and sounds like an awesome guy!” Meika stated as the group walked back the cars. “And his work’s amazing!”
“I figured you’d think so,” Nicholas said to all of them. “But now that you guys have met everyone except a few racers, I guess now we can begin by having you guys get your fill of this city.” However, they would learn tomorrow that exploring would have to wait a tiny bit longer.

Besides her I love how this came out. I think I'm getting better with anatomy and backgrounds.
