A plugin was recently released for VAM that gives massively improved controls over how morphs are animated. In the past, morphs in VAM could only be
animated via triggers. This was an extremely tedious process and due to limitations of the trigger system, the morphs always looked robotic due to the animation curves
basically being straight lines. (there's a technical name for this but it eludes me right now)
The new morph animation plugin allows me to control morphs directly through other objects in the scene (atoms). The morph is then controlled by the value of the X-Axis that the
atom is on. As Atoms can be animated like another body part in VAM, it essentially gives you a far more precise way to animate morphs than what was possible before.
In this animation, you can see many more advances this has bought to the table. You can see pulsating hands/muscles, jerky movement of the leg bones reshaping, the initial
proto-muzzle as it cracks forward, fully animated facial animations to finally have the character express emotion and pain during the transformation and Lip Sync via another plugin.
I really do believe this new plugin truly has taken VAM to the next level in terms of morph animations. The only other thing that's needed is a way to do real-time skin transitions within VAM.
Making a complex series of morphs like this using the animation trigger system would literally have been impossible before.
The time it took to produce the core morph in this was probably between 30-45 minutes (included recording my Mocap motions).

Try the dailymotion ones again. I noticed I hadn't set a category on the vids which is why they wouldn't play on a browser I wasn't logged onto dailymotion with.
Wow, I'm really impressed by this! I'm not a fan of male TF, but your technique and the quality of the transformation is really good! You've done a great job with the pulsing of the muscles, and the shaking of the head was very nice too.
the sequence is wonderfully done though i fell that there is too much head movement when he is looking down at his transforming hands, try it yourself, hold out your arms about 3 ft apart then look from 1 to the other, your head doesnt move in as much as your eyes do, this is really noticeable near the end when the muzzle comes in.anyways just my 2 cents.
Totally awesome; I was mesmerized! (My only regret is that you didn't talk more. You've got a great voice. :D)
Since you've shown a bull's tail sprouting, any chance you might do a donkey tf at some point in the future? It would be nice to see that - and hear it too, if you use your own voice for it. :P

Doing a Donkey TF is very unlikely at this time as doing a full on feral Donkey TF with this software would be next to impossible. (mainly due to lack of morphs along with limitations relating to seamless morphing of the anatomy) Naturally, there's loads of tropes that a Donkey TF would need to have which I don't feel I can realistically portray at this time. Still, with the way tech is improving all the time, never say never.
Voice compliments are very much appreciated. This is the first time I've ever used my proper "unedited" voice for anything I've produced so far.

Not sure yet. I'm mainly at the point where I'm:
1) Waiting to see what new stuff is being added to VAM as VAM 2.0 is on the horizon which'll bring Genesis 3-8 support (new monsters/aliens/creatures to TF into!)
2) Seeing what new plugins are made for VAM to further expand its capabilities. The smooth morphing in this was only made possible with the new morph animation plugin.

Did you get the concept of the minotaur here?

Now if only we could somehow get ahold of this as a VAM story file or such hehehe
Hmmm, seems the observer POV one on dailymotion doesn't work anymore. Says it is age-restricted, but I can't seem to get it to work even being signed in and setting my age correctly.
Just seen it. I can't turn the age restriction on the video off either. Bizarre considering the First Person POV version is basically the same vid from another angle. The raw MP4 on the mega.nz link should still be working though.
could you possibly do an anthro horse tf? for refernce search tikbalang
