since im stuck at home with fuck-all to do, and the video games are getting repetitive and the anime stale, i'm doing another airsoft-related build. a BB-sprayer with a home-made air-tank out of PVC piping
based on the one from this Youtube vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_U.....x=37&t=21s
differences are, i'm using a different air hose and sprayer head, using a 2-liter bottle, and using bigger lengths of pipe for a bigger air reservoir. also including a pressure regulator knob at the sprayer gun. and trying to figure out where i'll put the tank pressure gauge and what i'll use for a filler valve
the pipe is supposedly rated for 260psi, i'm gonna restrict it to 100psi MAX, and play around a bit to figure out the best output pressure for the BB's once i get it working. still trying to figure out the best way to pressurize it whether i use a standard automotive tire filler valve or if i should get the HPA fitting and fill valve that HPA airsoft gun setups use for tank fills.
built out of stuff i had lying around, + 3" PVC pipe and fittings from Home Depot and air tool stuff and 1/4" stuff and regulators from Harbor Freight Tools. rate of fire on these kinds of DIY sprayers should be on par with an airsoft minigun but has nowhere near the range (hence why this is called an airsoft "flamethrower" in the reference video). once i figure out out to pressurize and safety-test this thing, should be good to go.
not like i can actually airsoft right now, big event i was planning to do is postponed, walk-on days are cancelled. absolutely fucked for things to do on weekends these days... fucking coronavirus bullshit...

I would definitely try out making a fully fledged flamethrower than just one made out of a 2L bottle like those old videos of them are!

Definitely worth a shot if you want to make it more fleshed out
