'S all done!
"The background check yielded no negatives, no red flags, mhmm..." Roshan said, ticking boxes off on a piece of paper, adhered to a clipboard. The tiger scribbled some, then set the board together with his pen aside.
"I'm certain you'll be a great addition to our team! Such a steadfast fellow should have no trouble with fulfilling his duties." The tiger hunched down a bit, leaning down some towards the tiny applicant. Lutz, standing at seemingly no more and no less than an inch, looked up towards his soon-to-be boss.
"O-of course! No task too mighty for me, no job too rough; you know it, boss!" Despite the striking difference in their sizes, the comparably tiny fennec fox didn't seem to be neither phased nor scared... at least on the surface. On the inside, he was quite the trembly fellow - the tiger could've easily popped him like a grape with a mere swat of his hand! Of course, Roshan had no business doing that, but those thoughts were all too intrusive...
"Speaking of which..." Leaning back onto his comfy chair, the feline reached out - first thinking he's the target, Lutz flinched ever so slightly. Only after a few more seconds would he realize, the tiger had other plans. Pushing fingers between his shoe's opening and the ankle, he forced the footwear off with ease. Above Lutz, four massive toe pads and a main one right under them hovered threateningly as the tiger propped his leg up on the other, firmly planted one.
"...are you ready to take on your first task?" Roshan inquired, bearing a suspiciously smug look. The fennec, not wanting to sour the relations with his new boss right from the get go, nodded along whilst faking an eager smile.
"Yesyes, boss! What's it gonna be, shall I fill out some paperwork or perhaps work on some reports...?" He sure had to exert plenty of effort as to not seem worried or scared, with his boss's foot dangling right above.
Peering some onto Lutz for a second or two, holding the shoe in his right hand, the tiger once again reached out towards the ground - or rather, the fennec now - snatching him into his hand. Lutz yelped a tad whilst being lifted upwards at immense, from his point of view, speeds. He could hardly find any sort of footing or examine his surroundings, it was all happening so quickly; he'd only get a quick glimpse of Roshan's smirk before the fingers above parted, causing him to tumble downwards. Desperately thrashing about in the air, the new hire fell flat onto the shoe's heel. His boss's scent residing in the interior hit him near immediately. A leathery and earthy scent, with a tinge of sweat becoming more and more apparent seconds later - Roshan was following along right away with his paw, giving Lutz hardly any time to react. The worn leather right under him offered hardly any comfort as he moved - who knew for how long was it trodden on by now. Confused and dazed by the impact, Lutz would barely have enough time to find any sort of footing; instinctively running away from the looming foot, quite the petrifying sight would soon grace his eyes. The shoe's insole bore a deep, dark mark beneath the fennec as well as in front; five of such, to be exact. One for each toe, and a single sizeable one right under them, seemingly belonging to the pad beneath. Between the recesses in the sole, some darker spots could be noticed - who knew what caused them to appear though, perhaps they were just regular signs of wear.
"Wait! That's not what I signed up for; the job description said nothing about any of th--" The fennec protested, yet his sentence would end up getting cut short by Roshan's paw neatly sliding right into its spot - muffling the complaints near entirely, taking all the light away from the shoe's interior as the tiger's footpaw filled up more and more of it. He seemed so casual about it all, clearly having done such a thing before. Completely indifferent towards the tiny one's fate, the tiger forced the entirety of the shoe onto his paw; snugly trapping the petrified fennec under a mere toe of his.
"Come on now, I've got to find out how resilient a worker you are, somehow! Subjecting you to the biggest of pressures I can think of is ought to do the trick... Besides, I'm pretty sure I was going to give you a tour of the company's facilities once I deemed you suitable for the spot - we're ought to get going now, aren't we?"

Heavens, what an amazing follow-up!
I adore that the fact that the first panel is basically a 1-to-1 recreation of "It's just business" but from a different angle. The pose translates really well and the new angle not only gives an amazing sense of scale but also a glimpse at Roshan's expression. Which I should add the utter glee on the tiny Lutz's face is just adorable to see, especially in the context of what comes next.
The second panel has an absolutely godly expression and a pair of very lovely detailed digits with a framing of the massive shoe that further amplifies the sense of scale established in the first panel. The blurred visage of Roshan himself is a very nice touch too.
And the final panel serves as an amazing finisher, looking almost casual and implying just how easy and routine something like this is for the big tiger boss.
All of that in tandem with the additional story by HowellThaBear is just an absolute dream. Thank you to everyone involved with the commission. And thank you for bringing it to life!

A very wonderful and detailed analysis of my artwork :)
I appreciate every kind word and the intricacy of your observations. I am glad to see that my panels do exactly the job that I intended them to do and evoke the feelings that I was planning to bring to life.
I can say that I enjoyed drawing this very much and I definitely enjoyed the whole scenario. There is something special about big bosses and possibly their big shoes ;)

Not many people would pay for this job,yet you can get rewards every minute you work~
what would be more rewarding than becoming the insole of a tiger boss ;)
Huge boss, tiny employees scenario is one of my favorites, so this is right up my alley! Great work on all the panels, the middle on in particular really showcases the difference in scale. And your friend also did wonderfully with the little story.
I should be drawing more of Boss Roshan in the future ~
I quite like this scenario myself c:

Awesome tiger paws. That fennec doesn’t seem too enthusiastic but I know I’d be. Probably not as a job but would definitely worship those tiger paws.
This is one of my favorite pictures on FA, along with your other picture featuring the boss tiger!
That looks fun! I’m imagining a scenario where Roshan decides he likes this and the next day fills his shoes with dozens of little humans. Is that something he would do?

I was actually planning on drawing an image where we get to see the inside of his shoe having dozens of people now being part of his insole ~ some of them would be barely visible since they have been worn for a long time. Others are fresh ;3
