Shark Rad from Cyanide and Happiness.

"Sorry friend, but I work alone. I have no use for minions or henchmen when I can simply rely on me, myself, and I," the Liquidator mocked as he flicked a few droplets into Quick's face. "Your lucky I'm not charging a shark like you for wastin' my time with pointless request."
Quick, not fully understanding the aspects of superheroes and supervillains, thought that he would attempt to find work under one of these superpowered beings. He had come across the Liquidator and thought that the two of them would make a good pair with him being a shark and all. However, Quick was unaware of the Liquidator's past of being a corrupt bottled water businessman. Quick had followed the Liquidator to an abandoned bottled water warehouse, Quick had hoped that he could work together with the watery dog.
The Liquidator smirked as Quick helped himself to a bottle of water that had been sitting on a pillar. Quick would pay for his little mistake, but not in the way he would expect. "Hey buddy ol' pal," the Liquidator cheerfully asked as he splashed a drippy arm on Quick's shoulder, "ya still lookin' to do somethin' for me?"
Quick nodded rapidly, feeling the Liquidator's water sloshing and dripping over his shoulder. The feeling was strange to Quick, the water moving around his waxy skin in ways unnaturally and curiously.
"Course you do!" The Liquidator boomed as he stepped back with a sadistic grin. With a rising motion with his watery hands, the Liquidator used his hydrokinesis to pull all the bottled water from their containers (even the one Quick had been drinking out of) to pool and engulf around Quick's legs, arms, and chest. "I'm sure a shark like you wouldn't mind feeling (a lot) closer to nice, moist, and wet water, would you?" The Liquidator gave a subtle wink, "well you're in luck, for I am willing to do it for free."
Startled and unsure how to react, Quick felt his body gently lift off the ground as he floated in the blob of water. Quick struggled and thrashed uselessly within the blob of water unable to make any headway let alone break free. The only thing Quick did was splash water over his face and into his eyes. Quick honestly would not have minded being within the blob of water if it were not rushing and swirling around his body with such force and the rapid heating of the water. Did not take long before Quick started shrieking as the water around his body felt as if it were boiling and his limbs losing feeling.
Unfortunately for Quick, the water he was suspended in was in fact (far beyond) boiling, so much so that with the strong swirling water running around him, his body had started to dissolve, some of his limbs starting to separate and flake off into bits that would only dissolve to nothing within the water. The Liquidator had no intention of letting Quick walk away, instead he would toy with Quick and test out his hydrokinesis abilities.
The Liquidator merely watched Quick struggle and sheepishly grinned as he effortlessly made the water even hotter. As Quick cried out, it was quickly muffled as the watery blob funneled into his mouth and ran down over his face completely engulfing him. Quick's vision darkened and all feeling within his body (even his mouth) vanished. his mind then slowly began to fade to oblivion as Quick's body got fully dissolved into the glob of water leaving no trace.
"Done already?" The Liquidator asked as he shook his head in disappointment, "or… perhaps I should say fin-ished." The blob of water splashes against the ground until it forms a gigantic puddle.
For a few moments the puddle would be motionless as the Liquidator patiently waited. Suddenly, there are slight tremors within the puddle. Not long after, the puddle starts attempting to flow upward. Eventually the puddle would flow into the shape of Quick, his features becoming more defined throughout the transparent water. His back fin emerges from his back as his eyes, nostrils, and his fluid teeth filled mouth forms.
"How do you like the water pal?" The Liquidator asked with a gentle nod, "it sure does wonders for your skin, doesn't it?" As Quick aggressively pulled his fluid arms out of the puddle, the Liquidator couldn't help but smirk at the thought of what he had in mind for his new watery shark. Quick stretches his back and finally pulls his drippy tail out of the puddle as he forces himself upright, he had fully formed down to his legs, but his feet would remain fused, part of the puddle he now was part of. Quick uncomfortably inspects himself as the Liquidator smirked as he pointed his index finger into the air. The tip of the Liquidator's finger began to get crusted in yellow as it hardened, at this point he had decided on how he would deal with his drip of a shark. “Say pal... how do you like the water?” The liquidator asked again as he waved his yellow finger in front of Quick’s face.
Struggling to keep balance, Quick felt the strange sensation from being made entirely out of water, he could even feel the sensation on his teeth and his mouth felt like he was constantly drooling. Needless to say, Quick was not enjoying his new form and found it extremely uncomfortable. Quick enjoyed the feeling of swimming within water, but did not for say enjoy being made of the water body and all. Quick grimaced in response as he flicked his tail and clenched his watery fist annoyed.
As Quick was staring at the liquidator unamused, he hardly noticed the yellow color crusting down near his legs. When Quick finally noticed that he could not move one of his legs, he saw and felt that the tip of his snout also starting to change. “If you don’t like the water pal,” the Liquidator leaves a dramatic pause as he straightens his posture, “then let me introduce you to my ‘hard’ water. Water that won’t leave you drippin’ in the rain.”
Quick pulls at his leg uselessly as it continued to crust and spread effectively gluing him in place. As Quick complained in protest, his complaining is replaced by muffled grunting as his mouth is stuck in a look of panic and the rest of his watery body finished getting turned into the ‘hard’ water.
The Liquidator continued to watch in amusement as Quick’s struggling slowed and eventually subsided as his liquid body solidified. “Not so tough, are you, big guy?” the liquidator taunted as he tapped on Quick’s snout. Quick’s body was now the consistency of hardened rubber and he was incapable of moving a muscle. “When a fish needs biting, I might let you off the hook.”
Quick might remain this way for a while...
