Dragoon Costume: A set of five magic items that are great on their own but when won together provide the wearer with additional benefits. Note: If a character manages to collect all five items the completed set counts as only one attuned item for the purposes of how many attuned magic items a given character might have. Once the player acquires one of the five collecting others in the set do not count as additional items. Note that in order to receive these benefits the wearer must not be wearing any armor nor use a shield; natural armor does not negate these benefits but instead stacks with them. Natural armor in this case includes the unarmored bonuses granted by the barbarian and monk classes.
Dragoon Cloak (Rare; Requires Attunement): This charcoal grey cloak of tough but plush fabric conveys a nondescript appearance upon the user so that when the hood is drawn, there is not much to make the bearer stand out. Persons looking for the character wearing this cloak have disadvantage on their perception checks to make note of the character’s presence and otherwise convey advantage on all stealth checks to hide from view. Special: If the bearer is also wearing the Dragoon Belt and/or Dragoon Uniform the hood, when drawn, becomes subtly rigid and encapsulates the wearer’s head in an invisible bubble of breathable air. If both are acquired the cloak can, at the user’s discretion transform into a set of dragon wings sprouting from the character’s back allowing them to fly at the same rate of speed as they can walk with average maneuverability upon a DC 10 Athletics or Acrobatics check or Perfect maneuverability if they beat a DC 15 Athletics/Acrobatics check.
Dragoon Boots (Rare; Requires Attunement): These grey leather boots of a military style are surprisingly comfortable to wear. Alone they provide advantage on stealth role to move silently. Combined with the Dragoon Belt the wearer can traverse smooth surfaces and travel on walls and ceiling as if they were wearing slippers of spider climbing. When combined with the Dragoon Cloak the wearer may ignore difficult terrain.
Dragoon Belt (Rare; Requires Attunement): This wide grey leather belt is wide and comfortable and comply ordinary looking. By itself it gives a +2 bonus to the wearer’s constitution score and convey Dark Vision to a range of 60 ft. If the user also possesses and wears the Dragoon Uniform a series of belt pouches reveal themselves with the carrying capacity of a handy haversack but otherwise functions like bags of holding.
Dragoon Glove-Gauntlets (Rare; Requires Attunement): These grey leather gloves have Ironwood components along the knuckles and sleeve conveying a +2 AC bonus and acting as a +1 Brass Knuckles (d4+1+STR) for the user. If the wearer also bears a Dragoon Belt the glove-gauntlets also grants a +2 bonus to the user’s strength score.
Dragoon Uniform (Rare; Requires Attunement): This set of grey traveler’s clothes is unremarkable but incredibly comfortable. Alone it grants a +1 bonus to AC and all saves. If combined with the Dragoon Cloak, the clothes also allow the wearer to exist comfortably in most environments to the point of having advantage on all saving throws for Extreme Heat and Cold. This extends to being immersed in frigid water if the user also wears Dragoon boots. The bonus to AC and saves increases to +2 if the Dragoon Belt is also worn. If the wearer is a species that has natural armor such as a Bear Folk from Kobold Press’s Midgard setting or a tortle, they may stack their natural bonuses to armor with those provided by the barbarian or monk class if they are of those classes. Classes that include armor proficiencies may trade those in for the unarmored bonuses of a barbarian or monk (choose one you can’t have both) while wearing the uniform.
Quiver of the Wylde Huntsman (Uncommon to Legendary; Requires Attunement by a Ranger, other classes treat this as a normal quiver): This ordinary looking quiver has two sections, one to store a bow and the other that stores arrows. When fully attuned the quiver will provide the user with an unlimited supply of ammunition for their bow. If the character has 1-5 levels of the Ranger class the ammunition is enchanted with a +1 bonus to attack and damage. If the character has 6-12 level of Ranger this bonus increases to +2 and with 13+ levels of ranger this bonus increases to +3. Environmental conditions that adversely affect archery are ignored when the quiver is attuned to the user.
Ring of the Mystic Warrior (Uncommon; Requires Attunement): Wearing this ring grants the user a bonus to attack and damage, melee only, equal to half your proficiency bonus (round up for odd numbers).
