The whole scene and composition is top notch. Great choice of colors and it leaves a lot to the imagination while also giving a solid impression of the environment. Great use of blacks, too. My only complaint is the rain; it doesn't really look like rain, it looks like flying spaghetti. It should really only be refracting the light behind it, not darkening it. Rain also doesn't have such chaotic patterns. A speckled brush and the motion blur filter does wonders. :)

i agree, the rain was lazily done; i found a brush which looked a bit like rain and rather splurged all over the painting
ah well, i'll try out your suggestion and hopefully capture it better next time..
