Accounting for the art-style, that's actually a nicely done firearm. I'm not entirely sure as to it's scaling (it appears based on the .50 caliber PGM Hecate II, but because I have no reference for how tall/shortstack the character is, I can't judge scale) but at the very least it looks like there's room for all of the components to do what they're supposed to do.
