A fursuters dream come true air-conditioning.
A firsters dream come true air-condition. I finaly cracked it all made of cheap materials 4 platers coolers in series parallel and 2 pumps also in series and 2 7.5 volt battery's NiCad's hi ampere for long use. This project took a while untill I had all the parts plus I'm building a plush fox suit and this will be needed badly. What you see is themain cooing pack laminated in 4 peace's of aluminum copper tubing flatten for the heat conducer 4 palters 2 caps 2 pumps and a hole lot of tubbing the outer coil and the inner coil laminated in foam the outer disapates the heat threw the fur as the inner keeps you cool as a cucumber ,this took a week for the build. If any one is asking on wear the heat is dumped is threw the outer layers the fur so any one that want's a hug the body will be very warm.

Great work. The biggest issue of any project like this is waste heat dissipation
Ah yeah I was wondering why you'd need it since your suits are form fitting, but yeah with a plush suit coming soon I can see why you might want to have one of these :D
Have you thought of buying one of these 1950's RAF ventilation suits?

Looks good man. Just keep an eye on your battery gauge. Those Pelletier modules are power hungry heat pumps.
4 peltier units? That’s a lot of cooling!
And lots of current too! Why not lithium batteries though?

another work of art by the one and only crazyjoe, seems like a really simple design, so in order for this to work you will also have to have a jacket or something between the coils? I cant wait to see the youtube video on this one it will be amazing to see it in action!
pelts draw lots of electric, you using li-ion power tool battery packs or what?
WOW, great idea. Can you post updates on field testing? What have you learned from using this rig?
