I'm so sorry Wings of Fire fans... I couldn't help it, this chonky boi is just too heckin adorable for me to not diaper.
After finishing Arc 1 of Wings of Fire, I really wanted to draw some fanart of this series, and I wanted to draw Clay because absolutely adore this big guy! and with a butt that massive, the only diaper that would fit is a kurikia sized one.
This is also my most detailed picture yet, drawing all those scales took quite some time.

Perhaps the first padded Wings of Fire fanart? Either way, it's amazing. Of course, that's the result when anything is drawn by you.
Oh, I love em! My favorite part is the fact the humans aren't major characters or hoard the spotlight (at least in the early books). The main reason I haven't gotten too far in the series is because I like to save my books for power outages.
I actually sent an email to the author for advice, but since she probably gets like hundreds of thousands of emails, it's unlikely I'll get a response.

Tsunami is probably next. I have an idea for her, which involves humiliation.
D’aaw! I absolutely love Wof! And seeing such a big lovable doofus in a diaper just makes me feel fuzzy! >w<
No need to apologize, I'm a diehard WoF fan (even tho I'm only on book 3 lol) and totally ship padded Clay! The big mudmuffin looks soo adorable like this! Great job Yip!
I know very little about Wings of Fire, but either way diapered dragons always look adorable.
I don't like Wings of Fire, but I can admit this is adorable! Padded dragons are never a bad thing!
Well, to be fair, once an idea is released to the public to see it, technically becomes available for open translation by the reader and/or viewer of the media type. This is known as "Death Of The Author".
Given DOTA, you are allowed to create such a work as it is how 'you' see the character, or may want to see the character. You are not profiting from having shared your satirical opinion. So, again, no worries.

I have not heard of this series. It may be something I need to see if Leon has brought up in past posts. (I am learning quickly how PTSD regarding jobs and getting another one locks me up and, as a result, I do more nothing and fall behind due to fear of failure and being hurt again.)

Related to DOTA, I have learned how, if any of my characters get Rule 34, Rule 63, etc. to not take it personally. Creativity is meant to be shared and experienced by whomever takes enough interest to put a part of themselves into it. I may not approve of what is done with a character, but I have no right to take away creative freedom. (Exception, of course, if it is ever used to incite violence, prejudice, and hate. Though I would not be the only one upset and be a part of seeing that such an ill interpretation is discredited and removed.)

The reason I feel kinda worried about uploading this piece, is because... now I could be wrong... but this might be the first and only diapered fanart of wings of fire, so I thought that drawing fetish art for this series is extremely taboo, especially diaper art since no one has tried it yet, and I didn't want to be hated on by the fanbase. But overall reception to this piece is positive, (but then again most of the people who like this piece are already into diapers).
Anyways, If you're into dragons, I would totally recommend Wings of fire! It's a great series, I've recently finished Arc 1 which are books 1-5, and I'm planning to start reading Arc 2 very soon which are books 6-10, and finally there's Arc 3 which is still in the works, as only 4 out of 5 of the books for it have been released.
Actually, Leon has read Wings of Fire, I have no idea which book he's read up to, but he has read it, he just hasn't told anyone. (He told me in a comment on this page)
Also, I know you have plenty of NSFW art of your characters, so I think you'd definitely be okay with the r34 stuff.

By the way, if you plan on reading the books, I would recommend getting books 1-5 which is the first arc, and reading through each of them first before searching up any spoilers. There's audiobooks for almost all the stories.
Also, while the recommended reading age for this series is 8-12, honestly, considering what happens in the stories, it feels more like PG-13 at the very least, I mean the dragons don't cuss but... You'll see.

<LoL!> You know, I did not always allow for NSFW with Yosh and my other characters. I also did not write NSFW until about 4 years after joining FA.
Kind of like how you were worried about the response to Clay being padded up, I worried about how others would see me as an author of Children's Books if I ventured into such territory. nishi was very patient with me and helped me to realize how everyone has some kind of 'kink' and that, if possible, it is nice to help indulge those you are friends with by sharing in theirs.
I've learned a lot since opening up to the world of NSFW. There is some I just do not do well and some I do quite well. Most of what I find I do best is work that ends up being NSFW without intentionally going for NSFW. (The 'Potty Training Tales' entries I did for FiM Fiction are a good example.)

Wings Of Fire sounds great and, as I have free access to the US Library Of Congress, I now have something I genuinely want to read that isn't by a friend online. So much thanks! :)

I love this, as both a WoF fan and a diaper fan, I'm asking you to please do more of this.
Clay actually looks super cute like this! I just hope we get to see Glory, Starflight, and Sunny in diapers soon
