So, over at Furry Musicians, they're having the Express Yourself contest. The general idea is that you should express yourself as an artist and as a person in 60 seconds. When I first saw it, I thought it would be easy to do that, but I learned that so much of my music is based on really slow development as a song, which made this a real challenge. It was genuinely difficult to compress what I normally would've made a 3 minute song into only 1 minute, but I like to think I did it well, at least for myself.
I chose to express an emotion I don't really have the words to express in normal English. We all know that feeling where everything is too good to last forever, and then suddenly, with little warning, everything falls apart. It's a feeling of happiness or sudden joy, but there's also a subconscious realization that something is going to ruin it. Sort of bittersweet in a way. It's like you're cresting or summitting, and the only thing directly ahead is a steep drop-off.

Thank you so much! I'm happy to have joined. I really appreciate you listening. ^^ Sorry for late response. It's been a long day.
Yeah, it really has. Time has a weird way of being really long sometimes. XD
I think your use of a graph as a cover to represent the feeling you're trying to convey is clever! Especially since it serves a dual-purpose (having neat imagery as a cover for a piece that has synth in it). This gave me some serious 80s vibes!
Hey, thanks! I honestly didn't think about it until after making it. I was just thinking of a word other than "summit" for reaching the top of something, and thought of the crest of a waveform. I was going for an 80s feel though, so I'm really happy that came across. ^^ Sorry for late response. It's been a long day.
