It depends on what you consider a "job." The official definition of a job is "A paid position of regular employment." If a person is being paid to do something...in this case make art for people for a profit.... then yes...actually based on a dictionary definition...it is in fact a job. More than that, jobs have changed a lot over the years...and should be treated as such.
