Centered in a round torch-lit cave, a frail dragoness stands on all fours as she stairs up at a gently dripping ceiling. There are old cave drawings across the walls, showing stick-figure dragons using their weight to unlock a door to great mysteries. Coral acknowledges the circular golden disk she's standing near and gets an idea. Standing straight up, the dragon punches the hole of the small leak in the ceiling – causing the lake to begin draining into the cave rapidly. Before any water could touch the floor, Coral shoves her mouth into the hole and swallows in loud gulps. Eyes wide, she spreads her feet apart.
Meanwhile, out in the forest, an alligator walks upright with a bronze spear slung across his back. “Adventure!” Shouts Po, excited to see what this sunny day had to offer. Walking through a swarm of butterflies with a smile, it turns to a frown as he finds the lake. “What the?” Wonders Po, watching a half-drained lake swirl into a major hole. Noticing a stone staircase leading beneath the grass, the alligator runs straight into it without a second thought. Passing many torches and ceramic artifacts, Po finds himself in an arena with a morbidly bloated dragon, still inhaling the lake above themselves.
"Mph..." Moans Coral, shaky in her new perfectly spherical water balloon of a body. Liquid dripped down her chin as she sloshed in place, the pressure of her drum-tight flesh was immeasurable as her scales would creak and protest. Still standing upright, both legs quiver endlessly with the sudden weight-gain being far too much to handle. Coral whimpers as she looks over herself, like her inflated body is a symbol of her greed. Rubbing her big belly gently, the dragons tail sways lowly along the floor as her bulging outie navel points at Po. Belching at him horrifyingly loud, Coral squints her dazed eyes.
“You...” She says in a drunken stir, too full to balance herself. “Me!” Po yells enthusiastically, drawing his spear for a fight. “Hold it!” Roars Coral, sloshing herself in the process. “My body is a bomb right now,” She says matter-of-factly. “and if you pop me we will both die here.” Mentions the dragon with both arms crossed. The little alligator didn't know what to do, so he clenches his teeth and plops the spear to the stone floor. “That's what I thought.” Sneers Coral, turning herself towards the disk in the floor in slow, heavy footsteps. Suddenly, Po notices a wooden mallet in the corner – smiling at it.
As the dragon tries to navigate herself on to the disk, the alligator sprints between her well-shaded legs and bashes both kneepits – bending her legs forward, Coral flails both arms as she plops to her back. Finding himself between her (relatively) small kicking legs, Po gets launched by the dragons tail on to the center of her abdomen. Coral stretches her arms desporately at him, but he's too high up for her to reach. He thought about smashing her belly button back in, but that pressure might burst her so he decided against it. Realizing what he'll do next, Po sees the fish through the vague transparency of her tummy.
“This is for the fish you fat monster!” He shouts with fire in his belly, ready to counteract the water in hers like a yin and yang. Leaping from her abdomen dramatically, he drops towards Coral's face as she widens her maw. Pinning his feet between her fangs, Po keeps her mouth gaped as she swings her arms desperately. With the mallet gripped firmly between both claws, he raises it with a warrior spirit and brings it crashing down on her forehead. BONK! “Oww...” She moans, rubbing her head. Po's attack was barely a tickle, his plan to knock the dragon out failed. Suddenly, Coral's eyes widen.
Quickly, her throat inflates. The tension in her body was far too great to maintain the drink and it was beginning to reject the vast liquid. With Po still holding her jaw open, water blasts out and launches him across the room. Clamping her own mouth shut with both claws, her eyes water as she forces herself to swallow the drink back down again. Being quite dedicated to her quest, Coral was passionate about maintaining the weight for as long as she needed to. Taking a moment to compose herself, she flails her limbs around – exploring ways to break her immobile state. Grinning, Coral begins sloshing herself.
Po awakens with blurred vision, rubbing his head as he observes this massive water balloon curling itself left and right. Coral feels sick as she does this, but she'll do anything to move over to that golden disk. Finally, with one great heave, the dragon manages to roll her ball-shaped body onto the floor panel. CLICK! Gently, the disk begins to raise from the ground like an elevator. Doing so with Coral on top of it, it allows her to plant both feet back on the floor and regain her balance again with great relief. Turning herself around to look at whatever her mystical prize is, what she sees brings great disappointment.
Like a gold coin in the hands of a fool, may you maintain arrogance until you replace wisdom with materiel objects. Reads a stone plaque in the right hand of a laughing jester statue, in his left he holds a clear mirror – showing Coral the errors of her selfish ways. Looking at her reflection as she rubs her bloated center, the dragon curls both fists and stomps the floor angrily. “I swallowed a whole lake for this?!” Roaring loudly, she gurgles and moans as she turns her huge figure towards Po. “Uh oh.” He whispers, looking around for the exit. Coral charges at him with rage, quaking the cave with each step.
Both Coral and Po dive at the same time. As the alligator falls to the stairs of the exit, the dragon plops and gets stuck in the doorway just behind him. Clawing at him crazily, Po just barely gets away... As the water balloon lays in her own demise for (what seemed like) an eternity, Po actually returns with an anthropomorphic wolf dressed in knights armor. “So this is the beast.” Says Zach, scoffing at such a vile dragon. Howling up the stairwell, two fully armored knights come downstairs with a chest full of industrial nails, chains, and hammers. Zach lassos Coral's mouth shut as the two knights approach.
The dragon whimpers as the wolf holds her snout shut. While he's busy doing this, the two brave knights finish chaining each of her claws to the walls to nullify them as threats. Struggling to regain control of her arms, the knights clearly did a good job locking her up. “Now for phase two.” Mentions Zach, winking at Po. Smiling, Zach whistles loudly. Human villagers start lining themselves up from the stairway, all the way up and out to the nearest village of farmers. “Gentlemen,” The wolf says to both knights. “hold her mouth open for me as far as you're able.” Ordering so, they do it right away.
“Guh...!” Moans Coral, watching buckets of water get passed down the line on the stairs. Scratching both feet along the ground with a raised tail, she sloshes madly as Zach force-feeds her one bucket of water at a time. The dragon goes cross-eyed, being a decent indicator that she is close to bursting. Slowly, Coral's grotesquely bloated body kept inflating in gentle high-pitched creaks. Her tail whipped around as she clenches her hind claws, seeking any way she can to find comfort in this predicament. The dragon shook her head left and right, saying “No more.” in a low begging tone while crying.
It's taking longer than expected for the bomb to explode, but Coral's pained expression is the gauge of their progress – and right now, it appears to be in the red. Her body has effectively swollen to a quarter more in size. The dragons flesh has put up a good fight thus far, but the time to pop was near. “Urp...!” Belching morbidly, she was about to spew out the drink again. “Oh no ya don't!” Says Zach, shutting her mouth with all his strength. “She's gonna blow, everyone, outside!” Ordering so, everyone leaves the stairwell except Po. Being the courageous alligator he is, he decides to stay and help the wolf.
“Thanks, buddy, now let's blow this beast together!” He shouts, the alligator grinning confidently. As the two hold Coral's snout shut, water begins spraying in short bursts from all other orifices as a tremendous gas bubble within inflates her further. “MPH...!” Crying out with big bulging eyes, the dragon explodes – blowing the whole arena apart as the ground which once held the lake erupts into a newly formed, even deeper lake. As this is happening, Zach and Po get launched in a violent tumble up the stairs as that pathway fills with water as well. From that day onward, Po was brought to the castle and knighted as a new recruit. THE END
