Alexis is honestly my sweetest character: even though he's generally pretty shy, he's right at home singing his heart out on stage~

People always told me I had a nice singing voice. I absolute cringe at my voice once it's recorded. Since then I hate singing.
So I was a semi-professional singer for a while -- hence why my 'sona has a nice singing (or howling) voice.
And let me tell you, recordings ALWAYS come out terrible, haha. Your voice is always better than a recording can capture!

Yeah, I like my voice but in recordings I just cringe. Kinda not-so-helpful when you want to start YT again and focus on talking a lot and getting people to listen to you. Not even mentioning my terrible accent.
The current consensus is that it's a mostly psychological phenomenon. That you've spent your whole life hearing your voice as it sounds in your head (more resonant, etc) and so even if you have a really great voice it sounds terrible *to you* when recorded. It's the auditory version of the uncanny valley :)
I know that and I can cope with that. But my accent? No way that's getting filed under "okay"
Woofles with syrup and strawberries, washed down with a tasty human -- all part of a complete breakfast!
I wish I was a tasty human... Guess I'll never know...
