A tank needs to be proficient in defence. I may prefer my shield when it comes to protecting myself, but you know the next best thing? Making sure nobody gets close enough to hurt you. A big pointy stick is a pretty solid choice for that.

The halberd is the best weapon~ And avians are natural masters of the spear as well. Halberds are the next step up!

Yup, the halberd certainly is a useful weapon. Definitely helps my defensive fighting style.

Someone found a taste for a halberd x)

One of its advantages is that it's pointy on both sides, so you can protect yourself from behind as well, something that a simple shield does not really offer.

Maybe it's all the Fire Emblem I've been playing recently, but I kinda want to draw my sona with medieval weaponry soon. Swinging around a poleaxe while blasting armored fools with his signature pyromancy sounds like a fun mix.
