I decided to do a quick (although it took a lot of time) reference of Dananadriel's truck, it was cited on several works before but I never showed it entirely.
This truck is called The Iron Oracle,so what it is? this custom made truck is what is known as a "Jump Rig" these specially made trucks and pickups are primarily used by the Anti Slavery League in their daring near suicidal assaults, they are all scratch build without any schematic, so each one is unique in its caracteristics, althought all of them share the same mastercrafted suspension system that allows them to survive ridiculous jumps that would destroy normal vehicles,as all Jump rigs , the Iron Oracle have a generously powerful blast engine powered by a nytrocoal reactor, this mighty engine has around 2800hp of potency, being able to push this truck to speeds only seen in race cars, not even the inquisition airships can keep up with this machine.
But most importantly than being fast the Iron Oracle is a complete mobile house, it carries a large wooden vardo on its rear, this structure has been fitted with all the accomodations of a normal house (with the only exception of a bathroom), this allows for prolonged permanency almost anywhere, although a little cramped inside, this vehicle housed Danadriel and Ezekyel for almost 9 years during their exile, this truck has seen more adventure than most people can't even imagine!

That is freaking cool~ I'd kill for a truck like that~
(would you do custom trucks as commissions sometime?)

I never worked exclusively with vehicles, they are not exactly my speciality, but once I resume with the commissions I'm willing to try it!
Dam! I soo love to see the inside as well the map lay out of this truck!
I would do that in the original plan, but it would take so much time I decided to don't do it for now, but I intend to show the whole interior in a future drawing! XD
honestly, really awesome. :P I like the more modern take with the truck, but then more traditional with the rear of the vehicle. works rather well! though I sure hope ye don't scratch that paintwork. looks like it'd be a nightmare XD
It may seen intact on the reference but this truck is full of scratches and bullet holes. XD
In even terrain it can do around 350 km per power core, it's a really shitty mileage for a blast engine, but this is due the whole vehicle being optimized to extreme speeds in short distances.
this thing looks like something from the Borderlands games
One of my main inspirations was the bandit truck from the second game.
Okay you got me wondering if this is in a modern fantasy game now. With Dana here selling those expensive but oh so great legendary items
Not really, it is a strange balance between steampunk and dieselpunk, some vehicles and items may seen modern but their internal workings are completely different from ours!
I imagine Dan learned to belt everything down in the vardo before performing any excessive stunts the hard way.
This makes me think of the elaborately decorated "jingle trucks" that I saw in Afghanistan.
Your design choice of blending the smokestacks with the pipes of an organ is very neat. I can only imagine the sound that must make.

The jingle trucks were my main inspiration when imagined this truck, when I first saw these trucks on tv I really wanted to put them in my universe, so I decided that the nomads would have trucks like those, althought the ones on the lore have more off road capability and mounted weapons since the roads are quite dangerous.
These blast engines have quite a loud roar when the reactor pressure is at maximum, it can be heard from really far away, so much so that Danadriel and Ezekyel had to use remarkably powerfull incantations on this truck to make it more furtive!

I can hear my bits drawer cheering with excitement as I see this build taking place and sending it to you
