Last page of the Teenage Mutant Muscle Fetishist comic commissioned and written by xylem . I strangely had fun drawing that technodrome in the upper left corner. Hope I haven't found a new fetish -_-;

Do you get the urge to jump up and stab it in the eye?
Maybe playing too much of the old nintendo game makes you feel that.

I wouldn't know. I only reached the Technodrome once before I borrowed my tmnt copy to a cousin and never saw it again.
I'm tempted to use those emulator things I've heard so much to get my revenge on those old games, but Nintendo told me that's stealing -_-

Just remmeber what you old pal James Rolfe told you.
Just walk straight, do not try to jump or you hit the short roof and fall down.

nice work! I'll be sure to put up a mirror showcasing this in my gallery sometime this weekend I think. definitely satiated my curiosity for this idea that's been circulating in my head for a quite awhile!
Glad you like it, man! 👍 there's not enough muscular April in the world, if you ask me.
Thank you! I tried to make them in one style, but with some references for each one on the shape of their heads: Mike is from the 80's cartoon, Leo is from those old Archie comics, Don is from the 90's movie and Raph is from a toy (I forgot wich one. I think it was from Hot Toys)
You really nailed it with the good ol' Turtles on the last panel. I greatly appreciate that moreso than the transformation vignette.
Thank you! XD I love the 80's/90's animation art style, with all those curves and stuff. Not just with the tmnt look, but in general. It just looks very organic and is really fun to draw.
I can see that. I feel ya on that notion of their "organic" design.
The 2003 designs kind of gave up some of it, but made up for it with edgy, action-themed stories to drive them.
The current TMNT, though? They're more like paper cut-outs. Something you'd see from the 1960's. That half-assed massed produced TV schedule filler crap we grew up on as kids in the 1970's and 1980's? It was all to tide us over before the *GOOD* cartoons came on.
