Not to sound rude or anything, did you consider the base itself was traced from someone else's work? This base was made from a pose of Coal the Kobold, which predated the base by 2 years.

Ultimately I don't blame you. If you didn't know about Coal you probably wouldn't have realised that. You didn't do any art theft, the person that made the base did.
