It dawned on me that I don't think I've ever actually drawn my own iteration of King Shark before. Soooo, I decided to remedy that by giving him my own spin. Borrowed the main design from the classic King Shark look, but thanks to some inspiration from CheshireCatMaster and all the love the Suicide Squad film iteration is getting, I decided to give him a slightly heavier and jigglier paunch.
And judging by the sounds that belly is makin', that fishy paunch is about to get a helluva lot bigger...
I mixed things up this time. Instead of sticking to the usual flat color, I decided to try and match the same sorta shading King Shark was drawn with in the comics, like pseudo cell-shaded. It was a pain in the ass, but I'd say the end result is pretty okay, so hopefully, y'all enjoy! :)

Duuuude this looks so good. Seeing that paunch get big is perfect.
Damn, there's something soooo appealing about this. The way he's grinning at and taunting the viewer ... I wouldn't mind being the main course for this lovely fella.
