The Kingdom of Siwa
Arthur was loved and respected by the residents of Siwa, many guards looked up to him and many children wanted to grow up to be as strong as him. He guarded Siwa with all his heart to ensure no one would harm the kingdom or the residents he loved.
Queen Aya (First Ruler of Siwa)
Arthur guarded Queen Aya for generations and was present at her burial site when she passed away, it hurt him alot, but he makes up for it by guarding her successor, Queen Mona the 1st. He was devastated and ashamed when her resting place was desecrated and her bones were stolen by Usurper Pirate King Kroko and vowed to punish him and take her back.
Elite Elemental Guards (Subordinates)
Arthur being the head knight and captain, he had many guards and soldiers under his watch, more specifically elemental fighters who wielded elemental weapons. They were elite since he put them in charge in various parts of Siwa. They've never defeated him.
Royal Family of Siwa (First Generation)
After the passing of her mother Aya, Arthur decided to make sure Mona 1 is always happy and he always guarded her, and was even the one at Mona the 1st coronation, he was her comfort buddy.
He was very loyal to King Apollo as he vowed to always make sure his kingdom stayed safe for future generations of his family.
Knowing about their demise, failing to protect their daughter, and watching his kingdom fall is what made him descend into darkness.
Solcario (Arthur's Best Friend and Sparring partner)

Solcario was one of his close friends as both guarded two generations of Aya's family. The two often sparred with each other and Sol never won, but the two were considered the strongest of Siwa. Sol guarded Mona the 1st while Arthur began guarding Mona the 2nd sometime after her birth.

When Mona 2 was still a meowth, he became Mona's personal bodyguard, she often watched him train and both would often wear each other as diapers behind closed doors. Arthur guarded Mona 2nd day and night and he would often play games with her just to keep her smiling. Upon his passing and failing to protect her and his kingdom, he descended and became a vengeful spirit. Mona the 2nd didn't even want to leave his body behind during the raid.

Mona 2 and Sol brought Mercury to Arthur's resting place where he battled his vengeful spirit. Mercury managed to defeat Arthur's spirit and respected that Mercury did something others can not. With pride Arthur gave Mercury his Spear knowing it's in good hands, thanks to calming his spirit Arthur was also able to see Mona 2 again, who absolved him of his guilt and shame and finally moved to the afterlife.
Lavender "Azure" Quicksilver

Lavender made his way to Arthur's resting place to finally meet his Great Grandfather. The two shared stories, and Arthur admired how Lavender became a Shadow Lugia with a conscious and even gifted him the Sinister Spear, The Aqua Spear's shadow counterpart.

Kroko (Hates More than anyone else)

Due to raiding and stealing the bones of his former guardian and even losing his Psychic team. He became Enemy No. 1 on Arthur's list. Kroko even used Aya to land grave injury on Arthur and even insulting his honor. Kroko is one of the reasons Arthur became a vengeful spirit for what Kroko did to Aya, His Kingdom, and even capturing other Lugias.
Dark Type Pokémon (Distrustful)
Due to the Dark Gator Pirates causing harm and trouble throughout the ocean, many Dark types began to be not trusted, Arthur even dismissed his entire Dark unit despite their loyalty to Mona. His distrust for Dark types became more known when Dark type pokemon finished him off while he was protecting Mona 2nd. Kroko ruined the name of many Dark type pokemon. Half stayed loyal to Siwa while others defected to Kroko.
Story
Humble Beginnings:
Born into the Lugia Village, Arthur married his wife, Marie where they had many Lugia eggs. Arthur became a knight of Siwa under the rulership of Queen Aya and went everywhere with her. His wife of course worried for him, but Aya often made him take some time off to spend time with family, he also wrote to her often and she was proud that he made it to head knight and Siwa's guardian, as well as Aya's personal bodyguard.
Several years later after Aya's passing, Arthur was given the task of guarding her successor Queen Mona the 1st. To aid in Siwa's protection, Arthur hired various pure elemental pokemon of every type to become soldiers and knights. Mona the 1st even gifted Arthur with one of Siwa's divine treasures, the Aqua Spear, and a special helm that Aya made for him, he promised to never take it off. Many knights often challenged Arthur, but he always came out the victor and was often admired and adored by many residents, often calling him The World's Strongest Lugia, many women wanted to go out with him, but his heart was already taken by a lovely bird back at his home village, he was beloved by many, and even visited Queen Aya's resting place with Mona 1.
Mona the 2nd and Royal Guard Promotion
Some time after the birth of Mona the 2nd, Arthur was tasked with guarding her and he ended up being the bodyguard if Mona the 2nd, wondering who would be Mona the 1st's new one, Arthur held a tourney with all of his elite Elemental warriors, winner would get a chance at being a royal guard. The tournament went on, but in the finale it was Sol the steel leader against a Blaziken the fire leader. In the end Sol won the chance to be a royal guard, he just had to either beat or hold his own against Arthur.
The battle went on from morning all the way to the darkest night and Sol finally gave in and lost, Arthur, very impressed with him, decided to knight him as a royal guard to Mona the 1st. When Arthur began training, he was wondering why Mona 2 always watched him, she asked him if she can climb on his back when he Flies or swims. When Mona was attacked Arthur always jumped in front and took down enemies with a single swing, Mona 2 really admired her captain and often called him 'goof bird' as he would always play games, or the duo would wear each other behind closed doors. They even let his wife and kids come see the Royal family of Siwa, If Arthur wasn't fighting or guarding Siwa, he was always playing with Mona or she's watching him train as he became Mona 2's best friend.
Theft of Aya's Bones and Exiling Dark Types
Several years later and when Arthur got back with Mona from a trip to Pangorio, the whole island was in an uproar as a pokemon by the name Kroko and a group of Dark types stole the bones and soil from Queen Aya and even defeated his Psychic unit by taking down their Psychic Captain, which devastated him as he wasn't there to save anyone in the tomb. An APB for Kroko was everywhere as he disappeared in a dark column.
The Monas and Sol did their best to console him, but soon panic spread around Siwa as the residents started to be terrified of different Dark type pokemon. To keep the peace, Arthur exiled Dark types that didn't have families and dismissed his entire Dark unit, despite their loyalty. He made an exception, if they had families and kids, they could stay, otherwise they have to leave Siwa. Arthur didn't want too, but dark types outside the royal family can stay under watchful eyes as he doesn't want anyone to panic.
Several years later and Kroko resurfaced recruiting many dark and poison types to his crew and causing havoc all across the ocean, ruining the reputation of dark types, Arthur even found out half of his unit defected, which led him to want to take down Kroko even more. He told those in Siwa to evacuate, get the royal family to safety and ready all units as their getting ready to go to war.
Siwa war
Before they acted, Mona 1 and 2 entrusted Arthur to hide their Rain Bow within Aya's tomb and put a seal on it as it could keep a small light of hope. Soon the Dark Gator Pirates began their siege on Siwa. Arthur was surrounded by many dark types, even some from his old Dark unit, he took out six hundred pokemon with one swing, some were injured while others were turned into diapers.
He flew his way to the palace as fast as he could, more and more made it to the palace gates, but Arthur made it at the last second to get Mona 2 and his attendants to the palace. He took out pokemon after pokemon, most fainting while others end up as diapers, fatigue and exhaustion started to take its toll on him, but soon he encountered Kroko himself. The other pokemon wanted to take him on, but Kroko told then to stand down as he wanted the privilege of taking down a Legendary, so both Arthur and Kroko decided to fight one on one.
Arthur's Final Stand
The fight raged on for many hours as Siwa took more and more damage, during the fight Kroko often taunted Arthur by telling him what happened to Aya's bones. He told him that a crazed scientist reanimated and weaponized her, thus shocked and enraged Arthur that Kroko managed to deal a fatal blow, severely injuring him to the point of no return, even taunting that he and Aya were always close, Kroko left a wounded Arthur at the mercy of his crew while he stormed the palace.
Arthur passed out for a few minutes feeling regret that Kroko used Aya to injure him, when Arthur regained consciousness, he saw Mona 2 fly out of the palace. Arthur took out those who were pursuing her, Mona, shocked to see Arthur with such a wound and grave state, Mona, worried, gave him a royal order to evacuate with her. Mona told him to live and fight to reclaim Siwa and return Aya to her resting place, Arthur was too injured, Mona gave him a helping hand as the two limped their way to the docks. Arthur, feeling the wounds himself, started to have a hard time seeing straight and even had a hard time breathing, despite Mona's encouragement to carry on. The docks were a few blocks away, but their pursuers were catching up, Mona wanted to fight with Arthur so they'd get out together. Arthur agreed, but he soon knocked Mona and hid her in a nearby bush.
Arthur, shocked to realize his old Dark unit defected and got their payback, Arthur fought as hard as he could, but found himself too weak to fight on, many dark types ambushed and finished him off. With Athur defeated, they felt accomplished while others were distraught, they left him to succumb to his fate. Mona, soon regained consciousness, searched for Arthur only to find him lying down defeated. Mona cried tears over him. Soon some other Dark types came to retrieve him, but Mona, furious, unleashed her latent legendary powers and turned the majority of them into diapers and even severely injuring, forcing them to fall back.
Sol soon came into the scene to see a crying Mona and defeated Arthur, Sol told Mona they needed to flee as Siwa was done, but Mona refused to leave Arthur behind. Sol decided carry Arthur's body and his Spear to the docks with Mona. They finally managed to escape the fallen Siwa and decided to tend to Arthur.
Arthur, The Fallen Dark Guard
Sol took Arthur to a hidden sea shrine only known to Mona's family, Mona asked Sol to put a seal on Arthur's resting place since she felt bad vibes coming from the cavern. After Sol placed a seal, he felt an ominous wind and saw a small blue fire become a frightening red, but thought he was seeing things and returned to the ship.
Several Years later, Arthur returned as a very powerful vengeful ghost, seeing he can't leave the shrine, Athur saw everything that happened, from Siwa becoming the Dark Kingdom, Kroko capturing Lugia's and even razing his home, and knowing he let the Mona down fueled him into becoming so powerful that his anger and rage even started making ocean life very difficult. From Tsunamis and Monsoons, to Hurricanes and Floods. Mona's seal was the only thing preventing him from destroying everything, as he became Dark and evil, he could no longer wield his precious Spear, so he decided to form his own weapon from his own darkness, making a Sinister Spear from his own darkness, evil and shameful deeds clouded his vision and the only thing that came to his mind was destroying the Dark Kingdom and taking everyone with it. Since he couldn't do it, he decided to make ocean life tough for ships and swimming.
He decided to bide his time and when Mona's seal would give away, he would unleash a massive wave and hurricane on Siwa, Kroko and everyone else as he'd rather see everything he loved and admired buried under the heavy waves instead of them being tormented and forced to being personal diapers. His eyes soon became a very deep red and he even was scarier than a Shadow Pokémon. Soon a once proud Lugia knight became a dark terrifying monster. Mona 2 even felt Arthur's guilt and shame from miles away in Pangorio, leading to wish she could do something to help, but without a Lugia, she couldn't even get near his shrine with all the harsh waves, whirlpools, and thunderclouds.
Absolving Arthur and Moving on
Many Years Later
With the three kingdoms getting ready to take the war to the Dark Kingdom, Mona 2 asked Mercury and Kimo to go with her and Sol since her son was with Crescent. They sailed through the treacherous waters and made it to the Sea Shrine where Mercury gave Mona 2 and Sol a ride on his back to the cave, a chill was in the air as they saw the site, a frightful Lugia ghost with piercing red eyes and a Spear from Darkness, Mona, Sol and Kimo stayed by the entrance as Arthur wanted a knight's dual.
With the seal undone, Arthur was readying to destroy Siwa, but Mona tried to talk him out of it to no avail as evil and darkness clouded his soul. Mercury decided to challenge Arthur, and he was interested due to feeling Arthur's blood in his veins and being introduced as his grandson. Athur mocked him, but Mercury was a gambler and Arthur was a knight bound to a promise, so Mercury and Arthur decided to hold a bet, if he won than Arthur would give up his hatred, should Arthur win, he gets to destroy Siwa with no resistance. Intrigued, the two nodded in agreement as the fight began.
The fight raged on for countless hours as Arthur barely broke a sweat and Mercury was a little beaten up. Arthur than unleashed a shadow wave from his Spear and flung Mercury into his shrine. Arthur was getting ready to declare victory, but Mercury heard the Aqua Spear call to him. Arthur was getting ready to launch a Shadow Blast declaring his victory, but Mercury managed to grab the spear and deflect it, much to Arthur's shock.
Both decided to clash with both spears, Mercury got a quick punch shot to gut and the spear told him to have faith and use it to save Arthur. Mercury soon managed to impale Arthur with it, an eerie silence echoed until Arthur winced over in pain, screaming in agony before passing out, much to Mona 2 and Sol's shock that Mercury defeated 'The World's Strongest Lugia' when no one else could.
Arthur woke up several minutes later freed from his anger and hatred, praised Mercury for doing what no one was capable of doing and named his Grandson as 'The Strongest Lugia Alive' and wished he could see Mona again. Mercury pointed out both Mona the 2nd and Solcario standing nearby, happy to see he's returned to his senses, Arthur lowered his head in shame and apologized for letting Siwa down, but Mona told him to look at her and she embraced him with a hug, Arthur confused as she missed him as much as he missed her. With Royal orders, she promised Arthur they'd take care of Kroko, liberate Siwa, and return Aya to her resting place and to never feel shame as she's still alive and even managed to raise a family thanks to his sacrifice. Arthur, with a tear of joy decided to accept it as she absolved him of everything so he can move to the afterlife.
As Arthur began to fade into a light, Arthur Would tell Mona's mother she says hi, Mona tearfully smiling and thanking Arthur for always being there for her entire life and asked Sol to look after her in his stead, Sol promised to always look after Mona 2 as a favor to his friend. Mercury wanted to give the spear back, but Arthur told him to keep it as he would need it to restore Siwa's hope and told him to have fun mastering it, with that said, Arthur moved onto the afterlife to reunite with everyone else.
As everyone left the cave, they saw clear skies and calm waves, indicating that Arthur was soothed and departed, and now the sea was calmer. As they made their way back to Pangorio, Mercury was already practicing with the spear with Kimo watching from a diaper pail. Sol approached Mona who was looking at the horizon with a smile as she finally had closure and saw Arthur again, both looked up to the sky to see a Lugia cloud formation, Mona whispering 'thank you' as the clouds faded.

Athru as a vengeful ghost had the power to destroy Siwa.
Many storms and Hurricanes were minor at other parts of the ocean, Tough near Siwa, and Critically dangerous near the shrine.
Arthur looked down at his Grandson due to the clouded evil in his soul, and didn't even recognize and now grown up Mona.
Mercury did the impossible, which made Arthur proud to lose in fair dual.
Sol was often Jealous of Mercury for defeating Arthur.
Mona and Arthur cried tears of joy at seeing each other again, even if one's a ghost.
Despite being a spirit, Arthur felt the pain of the spear, mostly because it was purifying his Dark soul.
With Arthur's soul calmed and moving on, the storms and waves calmed down.
Mona started to feel happy again knowing Arthur wasn't suffering.
A Statue of Arthur can be seen in Siwa's square and plaza.
Venus often visits his shrine, but doesn't know why it's important.
Lavender visits the shrine in hopes of finding the Sinister spear at the request of Mercury.

Due to the Dark Gator Pirates causing harm and trouble throughout the ocean, many Dark types began to be not trusted, Arthur even dismissed his entire Dark unit despite their loyalty to Mona. His distrust for Dark types became more known when Dark type pokemon finished him off while he was protecting Mona 2nd. Kroko ruined the name of many Dark type pokemon. Half stayed loyal to Siwa while others defected to Kroko.
Story
Humble Beginnings:
Born into the Lugia Village, Arthur married his wife, Marie where they had many Lugia eggs. Arthur became a knight of Siwa under the rulership of Queen Aya and went everywhere with her. His wife of course worried for him, but Aya often made him take some time off to spend time with family, he also wrote to her often and she was proud that he made it to head knight and Siwa's guardian, as well as Aya's personal bodyguard.
Several years later after Aya's passing, Arthur was given the task of guarding her successor Queen Mona the 1st. To aid in Siwa's protection, Arthur hired various pure elemental pokemon of every type to become soldiers and knights. Mona the 1st even gifted Arthur with one of Siwa's divine treasures, the Aqua Spear, and a special helm that Aya made for him, he promised to never take it off. Many knights often challenged Arthur, but he always came out the victor and was often admired and adored by many residents, often calling him The World's Strongest Lugia, many women wanted to go out with him, but his heart was already taken by a lovely bird back at his home village, he was beloved by many, and even visited Queen Aya's resting place with Mona 1.
Mona the 2nd and Royal Guard Promotion
Some time after the birth of Mona the 2nd, Arthur was tasked with guarding her and he ended up being the bodyguard if Mona the 2nd, wondering who would be Mona the 1st's new one, Arthur held a tourney with all of his elite Elemental warriors, winner would get a chance at being a royal guard. The tournament went on, but in the finale it was Sol the steel leader against a Blaziken the fire leader. In the end Sol won the chance to be a royal guard, he just had to either beat or hold his own against Arthur.
The battle went on from morning all the way to the darkest night and Sol finally gave in and lost, Arthur, very impressed with him, decided to knight him as a royal guard to Mona the 1st. When Arthur began training, he was wondering why Mona 2 always watched him, she asked him if she can climb on his back when he Flies or swims. When Mona was attacked Arthur always jumped in front and took down enemies with a single swing, Mona 2 really admired her captain and often called him 'goof bird' as he would always play games, or the duo would wear each other behind closed doors. They even let his wife and kids come see the Royal family of Siwa, If Arthur wasn't fighting or guarding Siwa, he was always playing with Mona or she's watching him train as he became Mona 2's best friend.
Theft of Aya's Bones and Exiling Dark Types
Several years later and when Arthur got back with Mona from a trip to Pangorio, the whole island was in an uproar as a pokemon by the name Kroko and a group of Dark types stole the bones and soil from Queen Aya and even defeated his Psychic unit by taking down their Psychic Captain, which devastated him as he wasn't there to save anyone in the tomb. An APB for Kroko was everywhere as he disappeared in a dark column.
The Monas and Sol did their best to console him, but soon panic spread around Siwa as the residents started to be terrified of different Dark type pokemon. To keep the peace, Arthur exiled Dark types that didn't have families and dismissed his entire Dark unit, despite their loyalty. He made an exception, if they had families and kids, they could stay, otherwise they have to leave Siwa. Arthur didn't want too, but dark types outside the royal family can stay under watchful eyes as he doesn't want anyone to panic.
Several years later and Kroko resurfaced recruiting many dark and poison types to his crew and causing havoc all across the ocean, ruining the reputation of dark types, Arthur even found out half of his unit defected, which led him to want to take down Kroko even more. He told those in Siwa to evacuate, get the royal family to safety and ready all units as their getting ready to go to war.
Siwa war
Before they acted, Mona 1 and 2 entrusted Arthur to hide their Rain Bow within Aya's tomb and put a seal on it as it could keep a small light of hope. Soon the Dark Gator Pirates began their siege on Siwa. Arthur was surrounded by many dark types, even some from his old Dark unit, he took out six hundred pokemon with one swing, some were injured while others were turned into diapers.
He flew his way to the palace as fast as he could, more and more made it to the palace gates, but Arthur made it at the last second to get Mona 2 and his attendants to the palace. He took out pokemon after pokemon, most fainting while others end up as diapers, fatigue and exhaustion started to take its toll on him, but soon he encountered Kroko himself. The other pokemon wanted to take him on, but Kroko told then to stand down as he wanted the privilege of taking down a Legendary, so both Arthur and Kroko decided to fight one on one.
Arthur's Final Stand
The fight raged on for many hours as Siwa took more and more damage, during the fight Kroko often taunted Arthur by telling him what happened to Aya's bones. He told him that a crazed scientist reanimated and weaponized her, thus shocked and enraged Arthur that Kroko managed to deal a fatal blow, severely injuring him to the point of no return, even taunting that he and Aya were always close, Kroko left a wounded Arthur at the mercy of his crew while he stormed the palace.
Arthur passed out for a few minutes feeling regret that Kroko used Aya to injure him, when Arthur regained consciousness, he saw Mona 2 fly out of the palace. Arthur took out those who were pursuing her, Mona, shocked to see Arthur with such a wound and grave state, Mona, worried, gave him a royal order to evacuate with her. Mona told him to live and fight to reclaim Siwa and return Aya to her resting place, Arthur was too injured, Mona gave him a helping hand as the two limped their way to the docks. Arthur, feeling the wounds himself, started to have a hard time seeing straight and even had a hard time breathing, despite Mona's encouragement to carry on. The docks were a few blocks away, but their pursuers were catching up, Mona wanted to fight with Arthur so they'd get out together. Arthur agreed, but he soon knocked Mona and hid her in a nearby bush.
Arthur, shocked to realize his old Dark unit defected and got their payback, Arthur fought as hard as he could, but found himself too weak to fight on, many dark types ambushed and finished him off. With Athur defeated, they felt accomplished while others were distraught, they left him to succumb to his fate. Mona, soon regained consciousness, searched for Arthur only to find him lying down defeated. Mona cried tears over him. Soon some other Dark types came to retrieve him, but Mona, furious, unleashed her latent legendary powers and turned the majority of them into diapers and even severely injuring, forcing them to fall back.
Sol soon came into the scene to see a crying Mona and defeated Arthur, Sol told Mona they needed to flee as Siwa was done, but Mona refused to leave Arthur behind. Sol decided carry Arthur's body and his Spear to the docks with Mona. They finally managed to escape the fallen Siwa and decided to tend to Arthur.
Arthur, The Fallen Dark Guard
Sol took Arthur to a hidden sea shrine only known to Mona's family, Mona asked Sol to put a seal on Arthur's resting place since she felt bad vibes coming from the cavern. After Sol placed a seal, he felt an ominous wind and saw a small blue fire become a frightening red, but thought he was seeing things and returned to the ship.
Several Years later, Arthur returned as a very powerful vengeful ghost, seeing he can't leave the shrine, Athur saw everything that happened, from Siwa becoming the Dark Kingdom, Kroko capturing Lugia's and even razing his home, and knowing he let the Mona down fueled him into becoming so powerful that his anger and rage even started making ocean life very difficult. From Tsunamis and Monsoons, to Hurricanes and Floods. Mona's seal was the only thing preventing him from destroying everything, as he became Dark and evil, he could no longer wield his precious Spear, so he decided to form his own weapon from his own darkness, making a Sinister Spear from his own darkness, evil and shameful deeds clouded his vision and the only thing that came to his mind was destroying the Dark Kingdom and taking everyone with it. Since he couldn't do it, he decided to make ocean life tough for ships and swimming.
He decided to bide his time and when Mona's seal would give away, he would unleash a massive wave and hurricane on Siwa, Kroko and everyone else as he'd rather see everything he loved and admired buried under the heavy waves instead of them being tormented and forced to being personal diapers. His eyes soon became a very deep red and he even was scarier than a Shadow Pokémon. Soon a once proud Lugia knight became a dark terrifying monster. Mona 2 even felt Arthur's guilt and shame from miles away in Pangorio, leading to wish she could do something to help, but without a Lugia, she couldn't even get near his shrine with all the harsh waves, whirlpools, and thunderclouds.
Absolving Arthur and Moving on
Many Years Later
With the three kingdoms getting ready to take the war to the Dark Kingdom, Mona 2 asked Mercury and Kimo to go with her and Sol since her son was with Crescent. They sailed through the treacherous waters and made it to the Sea Shrine where Mercury gave Mona 2 and Sol a ride on his back to the cave, a chill was in the air as they saw the site, a frightful Lugia ghost with piercing red eyes and a Spear from Darkness, Mona, Sol and Kimo stayed by the entrance as Arthur wanted a knight's dual.
With the seal undone, Arthur was readying to destroy Siwa, but Mona tried to talk him out of it to no avail as evil and darkness clouded his soul. Mercury decided to challenge Arthur, and he was interested due to feeling Arthur's blood in his veins and being introduced as his grandson. Athur mocked him, but Mercury was a gambler and Arthur was a knight bound to a promise, so Mercury and Arthur decided to hold a bet, if he won than Arthur would give up his hatred, should Arthur win, he gets to destroy Siwa with no resistance. Intrigued, the two nodded in agreement as the fight began.
The fight raged on for countless hours as Arthur barely broke a sweat and Mercury was a little beaten up. Arthur than unleashed a shadow wave from his Spear and flung Mercury into his shrine. Arthur was getting ready to declare victory, but Mercury heard the Aqua Spear call to him. Arthur was getting ready to launch a Shadow Blast declaring his victory, but Mercury managed to grab the spear and deflect it, much to Arthur's shock.
Both decided to clash with both spears, Mercury got a quick punch shot to gut and the spear told him to have faith and use it to save Arthur. Mercury soon managed to impale Arthur with it, an eerie silence echoed until Arthur winced over in pain, screaming in agony before passing out, much to Mona 2 and Sol's shock that Mercury defeated 'The World's Strongest Lugia' when no one else could.
Arthur woke up several minutes later freed from his anger and hatred, praised Mercury for doing what no one was capable of doing and named his Grandson as 'The Strongest Lugia Alive' and wished he could see Mona again. Mercury pointed out both Mona the 2nd and Solcario standing nearby, happy to see he's returned to his senses, Arthur lowered his head in shame and apologized for letting Siwa down, but Mona told him to look at her and she embraced him with a hug, Arthur confused as she missed him as much as he missed her. With Royal orders, she promised Arthur they'd take care of Kroko, liberate Siwa, and return Aya to her resting place and to never feel shame as she's still alive and even managed to raise a family thanks to his sacrifice. Arthur, with a tear of joy decided to accept it as she absolved him of everything so he can move to the afterlife.
As Arthur began to fade into a light, Arthur Would tell Mona's mother she says hi, Mona tearfully smiling and thanking Arthur for always being there for her entire life and asked Sol to look after her in his stead, Sol promised to always look after Mona 2 as a favor to his friend. Mercury wanted to give the spear back, but Arthur told him to keep it as he would need it to restore Siwa's hope and told him to have fun mastering it, with that said, Arthur moved onto the afterlife to reunite with everyone else.
As everyone left the cave, they saw clear skies and calm waves, indicating that Arthur was soothed and departed, and now the sea was calmer. As they made their way back to Pangorio, Mercury was already practicing with the spear with Kimo watching from a diaper pail. Sol approached Mona who was looking at the horizon with a smile as she finally had closure and saw Arthur again, both looked up to the sky to see a Lugia cloud formation, Mona whispering 'thank you' as the clouds faded.

The darkness in his heart gave birth to the Sinister Spear, at the cost of being unable to wield the Aqua Spear.
Athru as a vengeful ghost had the power to destroy Siwa.
Many storms and Hurricanes were minor at other parts of the ocean, Tough near Siwa, and Critically dangerous near the shrine.
Arthur looked down at his Grandson due to the clouded evil in his soul, and didn't even recognize and now grown up Mona.
Mercury did the impossible, which made Arthur proud to lose in fair dual.
Sol was often Jealous of Mercury for defeating Arthur.
Mona and Arthur cried tears of joy at seeing each other again, even if one's a ghost.
Despite being a spirit, Arthur felt the pain of the spear, mostly because it was purifying his Dark soul.
With Arthur's soul calmed and moving on, the storms and waves calmed down.
Mona started to feel happy again knowing Arthur wasn't suffering.
A Statue of Arthur can be seen in Siwa's square and plaza.
Venus often visits his shrine, but doesn't know why it's important.
Lavender visits the shrine in hopes of finding the Sinister spear at the request of Mercury.
