The original piece is by Angus McBride and was for the Middle Earth Quest book 'A Spy In Isengard'. Later it was re-used for the Middle Earth tabletop roleplaying game supplement 'Valar & Maiar: The Immortal Powers' by Iron Crown Enterprises. The card game came later.
