In only his second season, Prince Avogadro wins the 2021 Furmula 2 Championship with only a single point over the second place finisher, Sonia Inacio. After cheering in disbelief over the team radio he finally calmed himself as he entered parc fermé to climb out of the car and keep his composure to bow down to the audience in the grandstands and over the television broadcast; thankful as to where he was and what he had become. He might be nobility, but he bowed down to show all that it meant nothing to him in motorsport; he was a driver and nothing else and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the other drivers in the paddock.
After coming a solid 5th in the 2020 F2 championship, Prince Avogadro decided to stay in the lower furmula to hone his skills and prove to himself that he is ready to move up. Other drivers above and below him decide to make the step up, leaving Sonia Inacio as the only driver above him and Ezekiel Wylder II below finishing 3rd and 7th respectively. However it was F3 champion and F2 rookie Joseph Mahri that gave the bird the greatest run for his money.
The first round in Bahrain was a killing blow to Prince Avogadro; conserving his tires through the first half of the race and then taking the lead in the latter stages, he was on course for a sure-win but two back-markers were not obeying blue-flag rules and moving out of the way for the race leader to lap them. By the time the two back-markers got out of the way, Joseph Mahri had caught up and used his momentum to pass the two back-markers before the bird could lap them. Squawking over the radio in disbelief he got his head down and powered on to try and re-take the lead from Mahri, finishing behind the Algerian African wild dog in less then a tenth of a second. Adding salt to the wound, he didn't even leave the first race second in the championship as Sonia Inacio took pole position and the fastest lap, gifting her 3 more points over the prince despite finishing 3rd in the race.
He went on to take back-to-back 2nd place finishes in both feature and sprint race in Spain, and then took his first win of the season in the Monaco sprint race, then backed up by a feature race win in Austria. Although he manged to stand on the podium for the British feature race, it was overshadowed by success of Joseph Mahri who won the first race, and took a podium on the second; Prince Avogadro wasn't able to emulate his back-to-back wins around Silverstone like the previous year, perhaps distracted by the Free Practice 1 session he took part in with the Cuzata F1 Team.
Having not lead the championship at any point earlier, he scored another win and podium in Hungary and entered the summer break the Championship leader over Joseph Mahri, but citing mental issues due to the building media coverage around him dismissing him as another pay driver thanks to his royal background.
Returning from the summer break he lost the lead to the dominant Mahri who took a win and podium in Belgium, and grew near to loosing his 2nd place position in the championship to Sonia Inacio who took a podium and win at the same venue. It was then at the Temple of Speed, Monza, in Italy that Prince Avogadro regained his lead with a feature race win in front of the tifosi, and then strengthened it with another win around Japan's Suzuka and controlling the lead of the championship. However in one final push, Sonia Inacio took a win and four 2nd place finishes in the last five races catching up to the bird with determination; but despite her amazing finish, she was 1 point shy from Prince Avogadro and had to concede for second place in the championship.
