Pre-Thanksgiving Prep (Collab; Story Included)
Ava is visiting May for Thanksgiving, unaware that May has some... plans for her...

May took a deep breath as she stood in the airport, questioning herself for the fourth time since she got there that everything was all set. And once again, she was sure it was.
May was a white cat with a slim build, thanks to a strict plan of diet and exercise. She always hoped that her healthy habits would rub off on her roommate, a short and tubby fox named Scarlet. But unfortunately, despite the jogging and limited portions, it seemed like she’d never be rid of that big tummy of hers. And with her spending the week at her boyfriend’s place, including Thanksgiving, May was sure to see a lot more Scarlet soon.
But that’s not why May was so anxious. While Scarlet was away, May was going to spend the week alone in the apartment with her own romantic partner. One who lived abroad, hence why she was standing in the airport.
She looked up at the screen showing the latest arrivals, and her heart raced.when she read that the plane from London had landed. The one she was waiting for. Her paws fidgeted in her jacket pockets when she saw the passengers entering from baggage claim. But of course, one stood out from the others.
An incredibly obese jaguar waddled amongst the crowd, standing over the others at around seven feet tall and making the floor almost tremor with every lumbering stomp of her 800-plus-pounds of blubber. Her zipped-up hoodie looked tight on her massive stomach and doughy boobs, and her jeans were almost skin-tight on her thunder thighs and couch-crushing backside. When she locked eyes with May, her chipmunk cheeks dimpled and her permanent squint grew more noticeable thanks to the wide smile on her face. She almost knocked a few passengers over with her bulk as she lumbered up to May as quickly as possible, which wasn’t quickly at all, with her suitcase rolling behind her.
“Heya, May!” she said in her cockney accent, and scooped the smaller cat up in her flabby arms for a hug.
“Hi, Ava,” May said, smiling ear to ear as she gave the jaguar a kiss on her plush cheek before throwing her arms around her as far as they could reach.
Ava Cooper came from an upper-class family, enjoying a comfortable and rather spoiled upbringing before moving to her own apartment as an adult to pursue her own interests. As such, she had become a prominent figure in the world of video game streaming, known for her cheery attitude and tendency to stuff her face and order takeout right on camera. Her sedentary geeky lifestyle and love of junk food, fried chicken in particular, were the reasons why she was as colossal as she was. Despite being a jaguar, she was no proud and athletic predator, but closer to a spoiled, lazy housecat.
Just how May liked her, ironically enough. Despite her harping about healthy food and exercise to Scarlet, Ava was exempt to any lectures on weight loss. May even enjoyed her stuffing her face when she would fly over to stay for a while, telling herself that it meant less junk food to tempt Scarlet with. Though, that wouldn’t really explain why she’d intently watch her eat, and encourage her to have a little more.
And the thought of her staying for Thanksgiving sent a shiver up May's spine. With the holiday not being celebrated in England, Ava had no qualms about coming over and experiencing it for herself.
Mom's going to love her, May thought.
“Just you and me for the week, eh?” Ava asked, setting May down. “Ooh, this is gonna be fun!”
“It sure is,” May agreed, taking Ava’s plump paw and having a moment just to feel how soft her fingers and pads were. “Mm...c’mon, let’s get a cab.”
“Oh, I was scared we’d be walkin’ to your place,” Ava admitted, stomping toward the exit alongside May. “I’ve barely eaten since gettin’ on the plane and it’s wore me out a bit.”
“You didn’t get the in-flight meal?” May asked, eyebrows raised in surprise.
“Oh, I did,” Ava said with a nod that squashed her double chin. “But have ya seen how tiny those portions are? Wouldn’t fill up a cockroach!”
Both girls’ ears pricked up, and a few anthros nearby looked over, as a loud growl erupted from Ava’s stomach, the force almost enough to make its fat jostle.
“Don’t worry,” May cooed, putting a paw on her girlfriend’s plush abdomen without thinking, “I got some groceries yesterday, so we’ve got plenty to keep you fed when we get there.”
“Oh, you’re always thinkin’ about me,” Ava purred, bending over to plant a smooch on May’s cheek. She leaned up to help her reach with her awkwardly sized girth.
“I always am,” May purred, leading Ava outside and hailing a cab.
---
After an eventful taxi ride--the back bumper almost came off with Ava’s weight putting the suspension through hell--the two felines arrived at May’s apartment building. Despite taking the elevator up to May’s floor, just the walk to the door was enough to send a bead of sweat trickling down Ava’s forehead. Though, the fact she had to squeeze herself down the narrow corridor didn’t help matters.
“Let’s get you inside,” May said softly, opening the door and taking Ava’s paws. After a bit of gentle tugging, the wide wildcat’s bountiful hips popped through the doorway.
“Guh!” she grunted, rubbing her sides. “Cheers, luv. Oof, would ya mind if I had a seat for a little while? I’m right knackered, I am.”
“Of course,” May said, leading her to the couch. “Make yourself at home, I’ll get you a snack.”
“Oh, you’re the best,” Ava huffed, slowly swaying her rump over the couch before flopping down. The frame bent and groaned, struggling to hold up the gigantic jaguar taking up both cushions. “Aahh, that’s so much better…”
May swallowed as Ava unzipped her hoodie, watching her belly ooze out onto her thick lap and heave in and out with her heavy breaths. She rested her paws on that massive belly, which let out another desperate rumble of hunger. May briskly walked to the kitchen and closed the door, pressing her back against it. She took a deep, shuddering breath, thinking about what she just saw. All that belly fat spilling out right in front of her. Those heavy, laboured gasps of air. The way her thick double chin jiggled when she talked. That monster of a belly howling to be fed.
Oh god, I need to get her some food now! A few buckets of chicken oughta-!
She shook her head, trying to keep herself together. She was just getting Ava a snack. She couldn’t go too wild.
Yet.
She went to the fridge, thinking she’d find something suitable inside. She opened the door, and her eyes locked on the double-cheese microwave pizzas inside. Six of them stacked up inside, next to a few litre-bottles of orange soda. Nodding, she lifted out a bottle, along with all six pizzas.
Half a dozen should do for a snack. I’ll just get her some chips if she needs something before dinner. Oh, what am I saying? Of course she’ll need something!
A wide grin creeping across her face, she heated up the pizzas in the microwave, then set them all on a platter. It in one hand and the bottle in the other, she pushed herself back into the living room, Ava’s fat face lighting up at the sight of her.
“Pizza? For a snack?” she asked, greedily licking her lips. “Oh, May! I love the way you think!”
“I just know what my big girl needs,” May purred, setting the platter and bottle on the coffee table. “There you go, honey.”
She watched as Ava leaned forward just a bit, flexing her fingers to try and reach for the food. She felt a tingle up her spine seeing Ava’s fat face scrunch with the effort. “Nnngghh...c’mon…!”
“N-need a hand?” May murmured, biting her lip.
Ava relaxed, her flabby arms flopping to her side, and looked up at May with wide puppy-dog eyes. “Would ya mind…?”
“Not one bit.” May smiled and grabbed a pillow from one of the armchairs, setting it on the shelf of Ava’s big belly, then the platter on top of it. “How’s that?”
“Ooh, much better!” Wasting no more time, Ava grabbed a pizza and crammed it into her mouth, purring with bliss. “Mm! Thanksh, luv!”
May put the bottle in Ava’s free paw and sat in the chair, watching her globular girlfriend go to town. She didn’t bother cutting the small pizzas because she knew it wouldn’t phase Ava one bit. In fact, it only served to make her displays of gluttony more...alluring. She took big bites of one pizza, crammed another into her mouth, and rolled another into a burrito. Occasionally, she’d take a break to chug a few mouthfuls of soda, letting out loud burps. May’s legs clenched together, her tail flicking as she watched the show. She wriggled in her seat when she noticed Ava’s gut swelling little by little.
Ava soon crammed the last pizza into her mouth, her double chin wobbling from her chewing before she swallowed. She licked the sauce off her mouth and thick sausage fingers before polishing off the last few mouthfuls of soda to wash it all down. May took the empty platter and bottle, and her eyes widened as she heard loud, churning gurgles from Ava’s bloated stomach.
The deep, rumbling belch that erupted from the jaguar rattled the windows and shook the floor. May gripped onto the armrests, mouth agape that such a monstrous sound could come from such a beautiful woman.
“Ooh, blimey,” the jaguar murmured, slumping back on the couch and drumming her fingers on her stomach. “That was a lovely snack, that was. Got me lookin’ forward to dinner now.”
May’s eyes lit up upon hearing that. Ava had just gobbled up a small party’s worth of food for a ‘snack’, and was immediately thinking about dinner?
“What would you like then?” she asked, gently resting her own paws on that stomach and gently rubbed it. She could hear and feel it slosh and bubble like a gigantic water balloon from all that soda.
“Ooh, lemme think,” Ava muttered, glancing upward as she racked her brain. May could see that gluttonous spark return to her eyes as she thought about what to have. “Don’t suppose ya got any chicken?”
“Oh, I sure do,” May confirmed. She knew for a fact that she had stocked up particularly on her girlfriend’s favourite food. “Would you like gravy on it?”
“Would I!” Ava gasped, her tongue hanging out of her mouth as she smiled ear-to-ear. “Maybe some chips along with it?”
May furrowed her brow for a moment, but remembered that’s what they called fries in England. “No problem, big girl.”
“Oh, ya sure know how to take care of me,” Ava purred, before the two kissed on the lips. May smiled at the smell of cheese, sauce and orange soda on her breath.
Oh, I’ll take care of you alright, she thought, her tail twitching eagerly.
---
May swallowed as she once again ran through her head what she was about to do. A few days had passed since Ava had arrived, and the jaguar had spent almost every waking hour stuffing her face courtesy of her girlfriend. If she wasn't getting meals of fried chicken, burgers and pizzas, she was snacking on chocolate bars, doughnuts, soda and potato chips--crisps, as Ava called them. All while barely shifting her massive body, only moving between the couch, the guest bed, the bathroom and, naturally, the kitchen.
This evening was the halfway point before Thanksgiving, and May had gotten an urge that day, out of nowhere. An urge telling her to wait until Ava had fallen asleep for the night, then grab a big pile of junk food and feed it to her in her sleep. It, along with how she was treating Ava in general, went against everything May normally stood for, and it made her fur stand on end with excitement.
She stood outside the guest room, holding a large plastic bag she'd filled with snacks. She bit her lip just thinking about her plan.
Just this one night, she rationalised in her head. Just this once and that's it...maybe. We'll see.
She quietly pushed the door open and peered into the darkness. The soft, deep snores of a sound asleep Ava filled the air. She could see the silhouette of the huge dome that was Ava's belly looming over her, rising and falling with each rumbling breath.
Swallowing, May entered the room, being careful not to nudge any chip bags, chocolate wrappers, pizza boxes, burger bags or chicken buckets strewn around the floor with her feet, lest she awaken the sleeping giant. Not that she thought Ava would mind, especially when she'd catch a glimpse of the bag of snacks. She wasn't above midnight snacking, as May discovered the night before.
Creeping along the side of the bed, May noticed one of Ava's flabby arms hanging over the edge, her plump paw dangling over the floor. Taking a deep, silent breath, she decided to take a risk and put a paw on her girlfriend's lardy limb. It was so warm, her splotched fur so soft. It reminded May that Ava used wonderful fur shampoo, even if the sheer amount of greasy food she ingested overpowered the smell.
A quick, shuddering gasp escaped May as she dared to give Ava's upper arm a gentle squeeze, feeling her fingers sink into that gelatinous bingo wing. After a few moments of enjoying the sensation, she loosened her grip and ran her pawpads down the arm, pausing when she came to the thick fold covering Ava's elbow. That wasn't there when she arrived, was it? May certainly didn't notice it before, and she had spent almost all the past few days cuddled up around one of, if not both those giant arms.
Had she already gained that much weight since getting here? The idea sent an electric tingle through May's body and she subconsciously clenched her legs together.
I've waited long enough. I need to do this. Now.
The white cat opened the bag and lifted out a box of assorted doughnuts. She took a look at the snoozing blob, realising that with how broad she was, May would have a bit of a struggle reaching over to Ava's mouth. She glanced up at the large gut and wondered, should she dare trying to climb up and nestling herself on Ava's chest?
Surely it would be okay, right? She knew Ava could sleep through an earthquake unless she was hungry. But then, she was always hungry. She'd just have to be careful.
After counting to three in her head, she gripped onto Ava's stomach and began pulling herself up. With how soft and flabby the largest part of the jaguar's body was, it was easy to grip onto. She froze halfway up when she felt Ava stirring, but the blubbery behemoth simply stretched her oversized limbs and smacked her lips before settling back down to snoring. May continued climbing up, and positioned herself on her chest, settling between the two deflated yoga balls that were Ava's breasts.
May had a moment to take in her girlfriend's flabby face. Those inflated cheeks dominating most of her features, giving her a very noticeable squint while shortening the width of her mouth. Those thick rolls and folds covering her neck and spilling onto her broad shoulders. Her messy brown hair spread across the pillow. From where she was sitting, May could feel Ava's deep breaths as she slept on, totally undisturbed.
So far, so good…
She opened the box and lifted out a frosted chocolate doughnut, slowly waving it in front of Ava's face. In seconds, the jaguar's pink nose began to twitch as she snuffled the treat. A smile slowly crept into her face and she started smacking her lips toward the doughnut, all without opening her eyes. May happily obliged by lowering it further, watching her bite into it in her sleep.
"That's it," May purred, her pupils dilating with an almost manic smile on her face. "Eat, you big beautiful glutton, eat…!"
Doughnut after doughnut was dumped into Ava's maw and into her stomach, until the box was empty. May tossed the empty box to the floor, deciding she'd worry about cleaning in the morning. She reached into the bag and pulled out a sharing size packet of barbeque chips, opening it and pouring a few at a time into her girlfriend's waiting mouth. When she decided she had enough in there, she crunched slowly, swallowed, then opened back up for more. And May was more than happy to provide.
"Such a big, greedy blob," May murmured, taking a deep, shaky breath. "But that's what I love about you. C'mon, you'll need something to wash all that down."
May took another large bottle of the orange soda Ava had been enjoying during her stay, and the jaguar's ears twitched from the hiss of the lid being twisted. Slowly and meticulously, May held the bottle to Ava's lips and tipped the carbonated liquid inside. Ava, out of instinct, gulped mouthful after mouthful in a slow, steady rhythm.
"There's a good girl," May whispered, pursing her lips as she tipped the bottle further and further. "Nice and refreshing."
Bag of chips after doughnut, chocolate bar after cookie, every single crumb disappeared down into that cavernous, wobbling mass that was Ava’s stomach. In fact, May felt a pang of disappointment when she realised the bag was empty, having fed the last fudge brownie to her girlfriend.
I can’t be done yet, she thought desperately, glancing back toward the doorway, then back to Ava. Crumbs coated her mouth, which she instinctively lapped up. Well, she still looks hungry...maybe a little more won’t hurt…
Satisfied with that excuse, May carefully slid off of Ava’s stomach, each little disturbance causing a loud, sloshing gurgle as it wobbled around. Her sneaking out of the room was a lot faster and more deliberate than her sneaking in.
A few pizzas and some burgers ought to finish her for the night…
---
“C’mon, babe,” May grunted, “just...a little...further…”
“I’m ...tryin’,” Ava groaned.
The big day had finally come--Thanksgiving. May had some preparations to make before her mom arrived, including seating arrangements. Namely, arranging the couch to the dining table for her girlfriend to sit. Because now, she absolutely needed the space.
To say Ava had gained a bit of weight during her stay would be the understatement of the year. The cockney jaguar had positively ballooned thanks to a hefty diet of grease, sugar and empty calories. Her neck was almost non-existent, hidden beneath a collection of fat rolls. Her chubby cheeks commanded the most space on her face, which sweated and strained from the effort of moving from the guest room to the dining table. Her thunder thighs were practically causing a storm as she waddled across the apartment with slow, lumbering stomps. Her bubbly backside and wide hips squeezed into every doorway she had the struggle of pushing herself through. Her belly had bloated out to the point it hung over her knees, with her breasts jiggling within the confines of her T-shirt. It and her sweatpants were skin-tight to the point their seams were tearing, allowing slivers of furry blubber to bulge out here and there. Both sets of paws were in danger of being swallowed up by thick cankles and wrist folds, not unlike her kneecaps and elbows.
May was working up a sweat just aiding Ava to the couch. Thanks to her skyrocketed weight, she could only manage one lumbering stomp of a step at a time, each one between intervals of five seconds at the least. The jiggly jungle cat gasped and wheezed from the effort, her cheeks beet-red and her tongue hanging out of her gaping mouth. When she finally got to the couch, she flopped down with such inertia that May wasn’t sure if she was more surprised that the couch actually held, or that Ava didn’t go crashing through the floor.
“O-oh, blimey,” she moaned, wiping a meaty arm across her forehead. “Ch-cheers, luv...I dunno why...but I can barely...get myself...outta bed lately...nevermind get to...the table…”
“Might just be the weather changing,” May lied, wanting to keep that adorable obliviousness alive. “Your winter fur’s coming in from it getting so cold and all.”
“O-oh, right,” Ava murmured, after not taking too long to think about it. “Suppose...that makes...sense…so, it’s...Thanksgivin’, huh…?”
“It sure is,” May purred, caressing Ava’s doughy chins. “My mom’s gonna love you, but not as much as I do.”
“Aww,” Ava purred, managing a smile as the two shared a kiss. “N-not as much...as I love you...either…”
May smiled ear to ear as she took in just how much Ava had grown since she arrived. The poor thing could barely move under her own power anymore, and yet, she just kept eating and eating. And May wasn’t prepared to let her stop. She was more than happy to cater to her increasing girth and decreasing mobility. She could worry about how to get her home when it was all over.
Both felines’ ears perked up as they heard a knock on the door. May recognised the knock right away.
“Oh, that’ll be Mom now,” she said. “We’ll let you two say hello and get her settled in before we start prepping dinner. But if you need anything, just let me know.”
“Will do,” Ava said, finally starting to get her breath back. “But all this talk about Thanksgivin’ dinner’s gettin’ my tummy really worked up, so don’t take too long!”
“Wouldn’t dream of it,” May purred, leaving Ava with a kiss on her puffy cheek before heading to the door.
If you thought I was feeding you well, wait till Mom gets a look at you…!
