This is a project I`m working on since months. I decided to enter the furry musicians contest with a short arranged part of this song. It got never published on any other platform.

That melodic structure towards the end was solid! Not bad on that vocal fry either! We need more hardcore/metal/djent in the community lol
Thank you. I was sort of unsure if I should double the vocals or not. Both tracks separate sound thin but together they sound almost demonic and artificial. But I seriously didn't use a distortion xD
Naw I can tell it's a vocal fry and not distortion, you're all good!
I can appreciate the amount of work that goes into recording all the tracks by yourself. The drums are great and the guitar harmonies are sweet. Again, best of luck with your submission.
Thank you. Appreciate your words. I saw this contest as a great event to put most key parts of that song inside 60 seconds. It was fun and challenging.
I dig this a lot. As a solo musician myself, I appreciate how hard it is to make everything by oneself, specially the drums. The drums are on point, as are the guitars. The vocals are cool too! The mix sounds very balanced and inoffensive while keeping the brutality. Soooliiiddd!! Good luck to us all in the contest :)
Thank you for your words. And yeah, the drums take the most time as I want them to sound natural. I was kind of unhappy with the vocals. I can growl deep quite well but the high growling sounds sometimes weird to me. That's why I doubled the vocals. And yeah... Good luck to us all. I doubt my appearance in the finals as my music style is more a niche and not widely appreciated ^^
Uff tell me about it. Growling prog rock aint exactly popular either jshs. Our strong point is the level of production with real instruments which is often considered a high point
Thank you so much for your words. I have never thought of uplifting about the tremolo picking part.
I'm really a fan of these parts in melodic black metal. To be more precise "Harakiri for the sky" inspired me to try something like this. I really love their atmosphere. They are categorised as post black metal. For me it's a kind of epic experience. To catch a little bit of that feeling ^^
