Its all done with a mouse. The fur uses a very simple 6 dot brush pattern that starts off very messy, but I just smudge it all into smoother strokes with the smudge tool. You can do this with a normal brush but it just takes a bit longer (Has to be subtle otherwise it wont look right with the outlines).
Shading is done in 3 main steps. Burn tool the outsides of curves, Dodge tool the insides for highlights and then a completely separate cell shaded layer for shaded areas. No special brushes required!

Oh my gosh, this is so freaking sexy! Wolf is shirtless and barefoot and his torso and feets and getting the finger tickles, I really love how Falco is slipping his feathery fingers between the toes of his other foot.
It looks to me that they're only tickling him just for the fun of it and they don't ever plan on letting him go. Sooner or later, Wolf will break from all that heavy tickling and will submit to his new life as Fox and Falco's own personal tickle pet. Within his broken condition, he'll spill all the information the two of them want to hear from him which in return, he'll get all the heavy and merciless tickles he wants that he so badly wanted to get.
It's Wolf's own fault that he's forced into this new life, he captured those two back in 2016 with this method of interrogation, during that 5 1/2 year gap, Fox and Falco ended up developing that fetish and so badly wanted to tickle torture wolf for their own pleasure. His fate has finally been sealed.

I consider it extremely high praise to have captured the attention of someone who's here for the background flavour pieces.
While I'm not a boot person myself, I do give everything the same level of care and attention to detail regardless... and these boots have a lot of detail to attend to!
