Hum, they are standing in front of a bunch of dragons who are in the flesh...
It has been shown or in this case they have experienced the fact that these dragons are indeed the one controlling the environment.
They've also just found out that they are themselves dragons. I'm even starting to think that all the other human and intelligent creatures who have magical power are in fact dragons in disguise. So Tunk, who has explosive abilities, and Richard who has healing power are all dragons.
And they are skeptical !?? After having seen with my own eyes, a theater deflates like a balloon right in front of me, and all the other weird stuff they've been through in the last few hours, I might be more open to new suggestion.

The others have been called the aspirant... The aspirant to what?

So if I understand...

There is a cleavage among the dragons who are the creator of many things including all the intelligent creatures like humans and others.

One faction composed of Sisari and her dragon follower wants elimination of all intelligent life other than dragons because, and this is unclear, "They break things"?

Opposing her is the group of dragons who are the ones which have created the humans and the others, and want to protect them from Sisari groups.

Finally, there is the majority of dragons and the "aspirant" whoever they are, who simply don't really care but insist that all the dragons obey the dragon, code, rules, or laws. Whatever they are.

It appears that Sisari group is way more powerful than the ones who are against her, which include Farook, his lover, Taisherou, and others. The source of that power comes from all the dragons who vowed to her cause and pledge their power to her, AND it appears that she also has the exclusive ability among all the dragons to use her own power to transform humans and other intelligent beings into minions that she can control. Not only that, but it also appears that those minions once converted also give here additional power thus why she is so powerful. Because of that, she was able for example to overpower Taisherou (gruff) and make him prisoner of his pub and surrounding baring him from leaving Kaerwyn. It is said that he is tethered to the pub which is in his case some kind of prison that Sisari has created for him, but we don't exactly know what he can or cannot do. For one thing, he has never been seen in the town a few KM away from his pub but he has been seen working the rift machine which is a few km away from his pub.

In order to build her army and power, Sisari has been importing intelligent being from other worlds and bringing them on Kaerwyn in order to transform them into her minions in this case werewolves. Trying to stop her, Farook, his lover and a friend have managed to tinker with the rift machine preventing Sisari to import or export anything other than dragons in and out of Kerwin. Because of that her army of werewolves is now stuck on Kerwin and she now has difficulty increasing their number thus her power.

Wanting to get back the control over the rift machine, she is now after Farook lover who is now hidden somewhere with the master key without which Sisari cannot take control of the rift machine. That is why she is trying by all means to force Farook and his friend into revealing where his lover is hiding. In the meantime, while trying to trick Endymion (Farook) into revealing his lover location she also tried to increase her werewolf number on Endymion planet by transporting him back there since he is in reality a dragon able to travel through the rift device and she tried to transform him into one of her werewolves once on his own planet in order to start building a new army of minions on that planet. However it seems that Farook although not powerful enough to prevent Sisari from turning him into a beast that she has control over, he is still powerful enough to deflect that transformation into another kind of intelligent being onto which she has no control. Unfortunately, she was able to overpower Niixia and almost achieved her goal but Endymion manage to trick Sisari and prevented that from happening, almost killing Sisari in the process. It was a very close call but they finally came back to Kaerwyn and here we are...

The only thing I do not understand is that while it seems that the rift device only allows dragons to go through and thus why they were all able to travel to Niixia home planet and back, Nixia's father was also able to go through it. Could it be that Niixia father is also a dragon? So far, he has not shown any power of his own. Unless it's just werewolves that cannot be transported by the rift machine. That is still unclear, unless it was written somewhere what exactly were the restriction put on the rift machine and that I did not take note of that.
