Randall Moore, a reindeer; heist planner and tactician of Frostbite. Randall is a prickly, standoffish character who has difficulty working with others. This former rich kid is hard to get along with, but deep beneath his rough exterior is a soft, kindhearted individual who craves affection. Additionally, his air of confidence is a façade covering for his insecurities and poor self-esteem.

Randall joined Frostbite alongside Jaina Astlin, as both sought to bring down Nu-life, a biotech company that had been kidnapping the homeless to experiment on without legal consequences.
