Don't ask me why, but I suddenly felt the need to draw my main Star Wars OC with various official SW styles! I tried to mimic every style as closely as possible, and here's my review and absolutely personal opinion on them, if anyone cares ahah
First of all, Togrutas have many variations in general (Legends included.) Some have an "insect abdomen" like appearance in their lekkus (Shaak Ti) while other are soft as possible (Ahsoka), some even have foreskin lekkus and throat "scales" (Ashla.) And there's apparently no reason to explain these differences but the simple fact that Togrutas are naturally varied. Aashka, the OC I've drawn here, has been made on the SWTOR maker, and I personalized her afterwards by changing many things such as her body shape and twisting her lekkus/montrals in a way the game don't offer. So yes, the left montral is twisted and it's normal ahah, don't mind it. You can find more artworks and screenshots of her here > https://www.deviantart.com/users/ou.....1100224.aashka

1. Based on: Shaak Ti, Attack of the Clones
I think Shaak Ti is beautiful. Orli Shoshan is pretty and the SW staff made an incredible job on her makeup, as usual. It's the last drawing I've made on this whole series and so far the one I prefer. But it's also the style I managed to replicate the less. Well, there isn't much style to replicate since it's a photo, but I wanted to see how close could I be from photorealism, and here's my closest so far ahah. I love her very alien-like headset, filled with wrinkles and a huge volume. Couldn't replicate the face angle, it was too complex for my small brain.
2. Based on: SWTOR Torguta models
Damn did I play this game. It's inside this game my OC Aashka is born so, naturally, I drew her a lot in this style in the past. I'm not a fan of their headset though, I think I got bored of it. They simply don't look like they can't move as they're supposed to, they look heavy. They're like the vanilla version of the lekkus and montrals, when they don't have any fancy shape or length ahah
3. Based on: Young Ahsoka, The Clone wars
It was so hard to replicate the style! I can't really explain why but it was a pain to me ahah. I couldn't copy she shading/lighting style either. Overall, the first seasons of The Clone wars are rather ugly, and the huge eyes without much space between them is giving me a uneasy feeling. Maybe it's just me. I'm not a fan of the style, even if I love the series for the huge amount of details it brings to the lore and main story. Also, poor Ahsoka, her lekkus are so small!
4. Based on: Shaak Ti, Lego Star Wars
Ok, I had a lot of fun here. Ngl I traced the lego to get the exact proportions, but I'm still happy with the result! Now I need my own Aashka Lego, damnnnn! I need to buy the Shaak Ti Lego and to paint over it, that'd be very fun!
5. Based on: Ahsoka, Rebels
I changed a bit her facial expression but everything should remain as it. You know this picture, you've already seen it everywhere! Ahsoka is so lovely, even when adult. She still has small lekkus but they somehow get wider as she ages. No room for jewelery anymore! I believe it's the style that corresponds the less to Aashka, my OC (with number 3.) She looks like Ahsoka too much ahah. Probably the most rushed artwork of this series (yes.)
6. Based on: Ahsoka, Forces of Destiny
I haven't watched the show so I can't give my opinion, but I liked this illustration! Ahsoka seems to have her lekkus changing shape and size on every damn plan though, it was hard to find a reference that represented her. Probably the style I copied to most precisely, but not a style I'd keep. As much as the reference I used is lovely, it isn't a style I'm comfortable with ahah
7. Based on: Shaak Ti, Clone wars (original)
Ok, I understand why it's important to have simpler designs when you animate. But in that case, why are every single lekku pattern lined? I'd expect the artists to simply add blue strokes on her lekkus and poof it's done, but this choice seems... more time-consuming? I don't know though, I don't know much about animation, maybe it's faster that way. If you know, please tell me in the comments (: Anyway, this design manages to be ugly and cute at the same time. Taken as a frozen image, it looks rather ugly. But when you see the animation, it becomes so smooth and pleasant to look at, I can't explain. It was weirdly the hardest style to imitate! I've spent long minutes trying to figure out why my drawing didnt look like the reference because I told myself I could simply draw something rushed. Spoiler: it wasn't the case.
8. Based on: Secondary character, The clone wars
Every model in the Clone wars is so thin! I know it's the series' proportions but when you just pause and look at the models without context they look like children. I took the liberty of making my OC thicker because why not, I love her with big thighs. Especially when the montrals are so wide and large and big! I loooove this headset so much, I had a lot of fun working on this version! I'm even tempted to say that wide montrals are her new design now ~
9. Based on: Secondary character, The clone wars
She's a cute one and I really wanted to see my OC with this looooong montrals, but then I remembered that my own OC has a twisted one, so it kinda ruined the original mood ahah. Her montrals are very nice with their symmerty, not gonna touch that again, I promise!
