Orcs already have an inherent link to nature and their surroundings shape them as much as they shape their surroundings. They respect the land they live on and learn to work as one with nature so as not to become the object of it's scorn. Some of them, like this satyorc here, become blessed with nature's power if they are deemed worthy.
