Remember Traveller's Tales?
Anyone remember Traveller's Tales? It was a video game developer back in the 90's and early 2000's that merged and eventually became TT Games, with the much more boring and furry-less logo.
I always LOVED that original logo and that alien raccoon girl sitting by a gravestone. Another underappreciated furry girl in the world of gaming. What an adorable character!

Too bad they dropped their mascot and got a new, very generic logo 😖
Yeah, mascot characters just aren't appreciated anymore. That was a 90's thing, and today everyone wants the smartphone minimalistic look.
I'll take mascot fanart any day. Sure beats the horrors we're seeing with all this metaverse avatar nonsense.

I seen this character getting redrawn for the YT channel of an ex-TT developer talking about........ development. I was screaming through my screen "THE EYES ARE WRONG FIX THE EYES" but there was nothing I could do.
Lol. I will say, I did take some small creative liberty myself as well. Like those antenna things, I believe there were only 2 coming from the forehead, but growing up I always saw them as eyelashes, so I made them how I always envisioned it. And I added some whiskers for a more fuzzy look ;)
That video sounds interesting. If you still have the link to it, I'd love to watch it, both for the drawing and any tidbits the developer drops.

The problem with the eyes? The irises are not looking at the gaming screen. The super professional artist with years of experience somehow did not notice.

Fun Fact: The first releases of Lego Star Wars: The Video Game actually had the older Travellers Tales logo in the splash screen.

This mascot has his own game that Traveller's Takes made and now it's the mascot for the founder of Traveller's Tales's YouTube channel GameHut.
