I really enjoyed the movie Paws of Fury. Finally completed the art!
He made mistakes but Hank is a good doggo in the end.

Really out of the loop, didn't even know this movie existed! Usually I find out through fan arts, like there was a ton for the wolf guy from Bad Guys. I guess Hank wasn't as popular?
In any case, I find the image aesthetically pleasing. Somehow having the mountain slightly offset in conjunction with Hank and the "shrine" [don't recall what they are called] in the middle does that.

Heya man glad to help! and ha yeah I guess the more popular the more art i mean it makes sense.
Always good to find hidden Gems though ^^. I did have the background another way and lined but then erased them changed it up thought it would just look different.
And thank you so much for the advice with the conner sketches when you said "I always recommend broadening your subjects to add variety to your gallery and personal skill set [be it poses, species, emotions, themes, colors...etc]. " its what inspired me to at least try other things like this ya know? gonna try more with that here and there <3

Not even on youtube ads, so that is strange. Then again I don't keep up to date with cinema. It's always said [in photography at least] not to have a whole image perfectly centered so what you did was a great idea.
Oh I'm really glad to hear that it was able to inspire you in some way! Indeed always push yourself to try new things.

I feel ya there. dont keep up too much with cinema but I do with new ones that
show on other places.
Funny enough I Wouldnt know about Paws of fury myself if i hadnt
seen a youtuber called Saberspark talk about it. but so glad i did.
mm with photography i really dont know much about but at a past job the goal -was- to center photos. ive been kinda thinking about the wabi sabi aspect though with art myself. gotta remember to enjoy what im doing instead of worring about mistakes ^^; of course commissions are different but ya know? have fun with art not stress if that makes sense

With all the advertising, it still fails to inform about new upcoming movies lol. But then again if you don't look up subjects related to cinema then your ads won't really show new movies.
If you enjoy what you are doing then you should have positive results. Although commissions are different, it's more stressful when there is expectations to meet and exceed.

ha that is very fair for sure. with ads come more attention after all. and yeah big time like when i mentioned how i found it in the first place wouldnt know a thing about it otherwise ^^;
and that is so true. i remember talking to a very popular artist and he seemed so burnt out. its gotta be hard sometimes when fun becomes a job
