He wants to protect his son . Not every parent gets it right all the time. Mmhe is really sweet still trying to explain to his son
Maybe Boomer is act like a grumpy guy,but he is a good dad and loves his son ^^
a sweet father...the tiger is in the back seat? lol
Great job!!!
The dad should get Dad of the Year award, for telling him he is sorry.
I wonder how fast they are going too.

Boomer is the sweetest daddy ever. No matter what when you are a parent your kids are priority number one. Lovers can come and go but your children are forever. More people need to understand that -_-
If there’s one thing than we can always rely on, is that Boomer has a heart of gold
Oh man, what a sincerely good move by the dad. Absolutely fantastic.
Honestly this is becoming the standard for furry comics, for me.

Pretty cool to have some context for last page. At first I thought Zoomer's bad behaviour was just a lack of sensibility, but still felt something lacking. Now I know it was just a defence mechanism: if someone threatens to steal my dad from me, I must sabotage the relationship between them. Very elegant storytelling, discretely revealing subjacent themes slowly, page by page.
Think its more just, because of the crap with his mom, Boomer is Zoomers stability in life, and he just wants to maintain that stability, so for a moment saw something that might disrupt it in Miles.
Zoomer's face says "I know, dad. You could stand to put yourself first once in a while."
