Not vile and scary enough to be called skaven
Though critics aside and without being too harsh lore wise that's a DAMN good image for a rat-men
Very cool and sharp looking art!

It was more of a skaven inspired for the character design than anything else. But its was made for a more for a DND styled/roleplay game hes in. Overall hes a pretty ordinary rat man.

Oh of course DnD has much more... prettier design than everything grotesque and ugly from WH FB which is intentional

I said dnd styled game. ITs not actually for dnd. Honestly if skavens didnt have a resource/population issue they could probably look just as good as this character. From what ive seen and looked at the they are either missing fur from either fighting, infighting, disease, scaring, and or piss genetics. (and maybe other things from lore becuase I dont actually do warhammer things.)

Also, isnt most skaven aside from stuff Stormvermine, the actual military and "Higher ranking skaven" actually cowards.

Quite accurate. Only even Stormvermin and "higher ranking skaven" are cowards. Only a little less so than the rest :) There is a reason why leading from the rear is a thing with them.

But aside that, you could just claim that this is how every skaven sees himself. Which I'm pretty confident is accurate ;)
