A New York state trooper as I had in mind, a cut above standard police officers. Directly inspired by alot of cyberpunk media and especially Ghost in the Shell series, anything beyond that I hadn't developed much of.
This wont be an NFSW character, more so a character to serve an idea that was kept in the back of my mind for a long time.
