Wow, the cult sounds really fascinating in their pursuits to protect life but also use said life to best benefit themselves. Death is also a part of life so I could see how they'd receive a more dark, grizzly reputation. What is their relationship to other tribes/groups? Are they hostile or do they coexist rather easily?
Also, don't know why but tribal garb always looks amazing on scales, imo.

Basicaly the orders are sort of held in reverence across the realms and are dedicated to uphold and assist developing societies of sentient-life in different ways; and the highest ranking members (grand heirophants) outrank kings and queens; in essence you give up your loyality to your original tribe, to serve the realms as a whole when you join one of the six "religious" orders.
But Malinxa's dedicated are especialy known for being abit creepy and bizzare, given their matron's aspects as the godess of pain and pleasure, life and natural-death, but what tasks each member is assigned too varies too, so that is abit of a generalization.
Att'chatta here is typicaly assigned with foraging for herbs and tending to insects, developing medicine and administering it through such as source.

That's so cool! Thanks for explaining a lil more in depth. I love your world building skills I must say. Kinda cool they are so revered that people basically leave their tribes to become part of them. Must be quite the honor.
Do they accept everyone or are there requirements to join? I don't see them being so revered if just anyone can join.

Well, you're required to give up alot of things to give it a shot to begin with, and the latter on graduation test to go above Neophyte rank is pretty hard; usualy the test of faith that graduating to above acolyte rank sort of tests your resolve usualy exposing you to dangerous scenarios, where not everyone survives them.
